MEDITATIVE ANALOGIES TO TAKE YOU FROM PERSONAL
CONSCIOUSNESS TO UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS …
THROUGH THE SUN , THE GURUS EYES, THE MOTHER
Focus within… and instantly
expand your energies. Each of you here already have an instant
connection…or procedure, for those of you who still need that… abide in your I
Amness and I will take you through a simple way to expand…
Focus on the Sun, somewhere
above you. See it pouring over you, pouring over you,
pouring down your shoulders, your hands, your hair, entering every pore, every
molecule, and every cell. Filling you
up, filling you up, becoming your very blood stream! And as you are filled with
I am presence it is pouring out of you,
pouring out of you, pouring out of you… and you are now sitting in a ball, the
Sun, ‘I am’, Pure… Consciousness. See
yourself dissolve into this ball. This
is a very important step; see yourself dissolve into this ball. And yet know
- I Am…the ball… I am the Sun, I am Pure Consciousness… I am…
Even though there is no separate you, even though there is no form! Recognise deeply within you how I am.
And even as you do that… the
ball, Sun, symbol of Pure Consciousness, the ‘I Amness’ starts to become bigger
and larger and float higher… and bigger and larger and higher… and bigger and larger and higher and
bigger… till there is no more bigger for it to become, no more larger for it to
go. And you are one with light itself,
one with daylight, one with Sunlight, one with Consciousness, one with ‘I Am’. Yes… feel the expansion of your energies
those who still need to observe that…
Dwell in this… ‘I am-ness’,
symbolically represented to you by the Sun or the Light. Be this Light - pervading, permeating
everywhere. Be a
ray of light which falls on this beautiful… shiny… rock. Hear.. the rock…feel That I am.
See yourself as a ray of Sun falling on the tree and feeling the Tree
That I am, the flower That I am, the pebble That I am, the Earth That I am, the
universe that I am, the Anju That I am, the Divyaa that I am… Everywhere it is this Pure Consciousness - ‘I
am’, which you are seeing symbolically, like a ray of a sun, falling on an
aspect and saying - the rock I am, the tree I am, Divyaa I am, the flower I
am. And yet observe you are not saying
‘I am… a rock’, observe who is saying ‘I am’ - the rock or the Sun? In this consciousness when you are saying ‘the
rock I am’ it is the Sun saying it, Pure Consciousness saying it, ‘I am’ saying
it.
Now look down, as the Sun, into what you call ‘your’
life, your existence. See every scene, every picture, every
relative, every person, every relation, playing themselves out, as you the Sun
looks apon your life. And as you, as the
Sun, fall on one aspect - it comes alive.
And you the sun says ‘Anju I am’…
And yet you are always the Sun. The
‘I am’ does not arise in you. Not in Anju or personal consciousness, but in the
Sun, in Pure Consciousness…is I Am…
Use this henceforth for an
entire week. See everything around you, everyone around
you through the eyes of the Sun. Become
the Sun, instantly, moment to moment, every moment, whenever you’re looking,
whenever you’re observing, whenever you’re perceiving - through the eyes of ‘I
am’. And you will move soon into this ‘I
am-ness’.

Yes… now we will give you another… tool to do the
same. Become aware of two pin-pricks
somewhere out in the space. Two pin-pricks of Light. And if
you really observe there are two eyes, they’re a pair of eyes. They
are your Master’s eyes, your Guru’s eyes.
If you have a Guru they are his eyes or her eyes, or your Deity’s eyes
or your Godself’s eyes. And from where you are down here, in life and
existence just look at those eyes, just look at those eyes! And even as YOU look at those eyes, those
eyes look at you. Because as you
focus on ‘I am’, ‘I am’ focuses on you!
And from ‘I am’ emits circles radiating forth downwards - smaller and
smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller till they encircle you! And you are twirling in the circle of ‘I am’
and becoming larger and larger and larger and larger and larger and larger and
merging back, in Pure Consciousness.
You have gone through the
eyes… that your Master, your Guru holds as a symbol for you to enter into Pure
Consciousness, into ‘I am’. You need this much like you need a telephone
number, like you need an address - use it… and enter ‘I am’. And once again from this position of being
Godself, Deity, Master look down at your life. Every scene…every relationship,
every event whatever comes up in the now, but look through the eyes of ‘I am’,
look through the eyes of being Master. And just like a Master unconditionally
accepts all, knows all - look at your life from that point of view, from the
larger picture knowing everything, everything is one step up, closer to Godself. Everything is what you have desired in the
larger picture. Everything is leading
to fulfilment. In this knowing that is inherent in the guru’s eyes, which
flicker not in your seeming ups and downs… sight, look at your eyes, look at
your life, look at every person and event happening now and you move into the
stillness of I AM. Again do this
exercise for the remainder of the week, whenever you are seeing issues,
challenges, problems go instantly into the
Master’s eyes, your Guru’s eyes and look through those. And by that you shift from personal
consciousness and what is happening into ‘I am’. You can either become the Sun and look down
or you can become the Master and look down.
But what you are doing in that split instant second is MOVING… from
the Divyaa (put your own name here)… into the ‘I am’.

And we will give you a 3rd analogy, more
physical, more tangible; another
tool to use for the remainder of the week.
We have spoken of this to you before - Visualise yourself just
beautifully, looking lovely, feeling fulfilled, your home is beautiful, adorned
with flowers, your husband has come home after a very successful business deal.
You have cooked the best meal in your life.
All is well with you and your world and your many, many children and
nieces and nephews are all playing a game!
And in that game - one child is losing, one child is winning, one child
is crying, one child is cheating, one child is laughing! But
you as the mother are looking at them from the position of ‘I am’ and therefore
you remain unaffected. And
yet the children… involved in the game are going through their ups and downs,
their tears and their laughter, they are bound by the rules of the game and yet
the mother knows - there are no rules, it will not matter, the moment the
children decide to leave the game.
Use this for the remainder of the week whenever you’re
seeing your life events, your situations, your relationships, become Sun,
become the Master, become the Mother, become ‘I am’. And
from that point witness life and its events.
And as you do this continually, continually, continually, moment to
moment, you will move… into this ‘I am-ness’ just as spontaneously as you moved
from the ‘I am-ness’ into the playing of the game! Do any of you remember how
it began, when it began, why it began - it matters not! And in the same way, as
spontaneously, as automatically, as naturally will you move back. Use the ray of the Sun to climb up into and
become the Sun. Use the Masters eyes to
go into and look down. Use the Mother’s fulfillment, bliss and knowingness. Do
this not in meditation, do this in your day to day life - moment to
moment. When you get up in the morning
observe yourself through the eyes of the Sun or the Master or the Mother. Every step you take, every action you take,
every word you speak. YES, you will be doing what is called multi-tasking, one
aspect of you will be in ‘I am’ and one aspect of you will be doing whatever
needs to be done. But it is in this that
you will move more and more into the ‘I am-ness’.

Now we will move your energy focus. Look around you, there is only water and more
water and more water, you’re in a sea, you’re in a pool with the water and
waves and bobbing and splashing. You are
in a boat and as you look around you there are 100 million boats.
Everybody you know is in their own little boat. And each boat is going in it’s own chartered
direction, very firmly… towards - a certain point. You are going… along a certain goal, another
is going along his or her goal, 100 million boats with 100 million little
boatsmen and each one’s boat going in its own unique, individual direction. And yet magically, observe, how every boat,
no matter how many degrees, 360 degrees or 360 paths they may each take
individually, they magically all converge at the same place, at the same place
- in the centre of this… water, the Sea, the experience, the Beingness. You can go ‘up’, you can go ‘down’, you can
go ‘left’, you can go ‘right’, you can go ‘diagonal’. But each boat comes into the centre. And now with your boat in the centre, observe
all those other boats who are still going along their chartered parts, each one
thinking that they are following, pursuing their own desires, their goals. And you will observe from this distance, from
this vantage point of being that in the water there is a gold current which is
actually rides their boats - not their goals, not their desires, they are not
even aware. But it is this gold current
under every boat which is taking each boat along its own unique path and each
boatsmen thinking it is what they wish to do!
And yes that is why they all come to the same place, to the centre, that
is where you are now in your boat bobbing up and down. Because suddenly there is nowhere to go and
nothing really to do but ride this current of Divine will!!
And even as you realise this and you look into the
water, it is all gold, all gold. Because
you are in a sea of pure ‘I Am’. You are riding the universal consciousness not
personal current! Every desire is your
desire. And in that paradoxically, there
is no ‘your desire’. A fish comes and
peeps at you and so you peep back, a lotus floats into your aspect and so you inhale
its fragrance, … a wave rises and so you rise with it. You are in ‘I am’.
And even as you are here you suddenly feel a change of
wind, a gust, a cloud perhaps, something… something you have never known, never
experienced, you don’t know, you feel a certain lull, a sense of ‘I don’t
know’. How can I not know - I am all
That I am. And yet in this golden water
there is another current you suddenly observe.
It is not gold, it is not silver, it is not blue, it is not pink - it
what you will call colourless, what you call black as you don’t what else to
call colourless…. Suddenly it is
swelling up and swelling up and swelling.
You don’t know exactly what it is, but in your heart you know it feels
so right. And even as you try and
understand it - it disappears. And you try to fit into a concept and it
disappears. And you try and give it a name and it disappears... you call it ‘I am’, you call it Void, you
call it Shiva, you call it Shakti and it disappears….
And when you sit back in the boat, just willing this
new current to be… you find yourself in your little boat, in a cave. Darkish… cool, midnight blue and yet so safe,
so right. And this boat, is now bobbing
along on the water in a cave. You have
never been here before, so do not try and identify it. And this boat suddenly reaches what you call
land, the cave ends, there is light of a different sort than what you know
light to be. And there is flat land and
rocks and rocks and flat rocks and there in the distant on a rock is a
Master. You can only recognise him by
the glow, the energy… And you see the
distance and you feel it is so far and all you do is look at him. Lock your eyes with his eyes and even as you
do that you are magically transported over that land to be at his feet. Looking into Babaji, looking into Babaji’s
eyes…
He’s young, he’s handsome, he’s aged, he’s a sage, it
matters not, look into his eyes! Yes…
look into his eyes and see… yes… keep looking into those eyes… because they
will take you somewhere that you do not know, have no word for, no concept
for. Understand that these are the eyes
of ‘I Am’ and therefore when you go through these eyes you go beyond ‘I Am’. Just look …do not try and understand. Because even as you look into these eyes you
can see a force building up, a joy, anticipation like an orgasm, something is
building for which you have no words! Do
not try and understand, do you try and understand an orgasm? No!
Just go along with it and in that split second before your orgasm, as
you are looking into Babaji’s eyes, you become aware, Oh my God! Oh my God!!
Every time I’ve ever loved, it has been my love for ‘You’! When I loved my mother it was my love for
You, when I loved my father it was my love for You, when I loved my siblings,
it was my love You! When I loved my
friends it was my love for You, when I loved so ardently - my mate, my lover,
it was my love for You! When nothing
fulfilled me it was because I did not have You! When I loved my mountains it
was my love for You. When I loved That,
for which I have no words, it was This, it was This, it was This! My love for
You! And that nameless yearning even as
‘I am All That I am’ is my love for You.
In this you go into his eyes, your orgasm happens, and there are no
words for me to take you beyond…
I will put on the music. Do not train your mind on anything during the
music. Whatever happens, whatever is
coming into your mind, let it come. Whether
it is the day to day thought or not, it matters not!

Feel it at your Heart chakra, Anju… Don’t try and
understand it.

You’re going through the eyes of your Guru! Beyond I am…

Very slowly… come out of… let your eyes open, slowly,
gradually… don’t rush it, you’ll get a headache.
