I am going to lead you through a meditation that first connected me with the Unknown Master, whom I spoke about last time. As I told you all last time, he has asked me to take you all through a series of such meditations. The first day I connected with Him was on Guru Purnima and that’s the meditation I am going to take you through, but before I do that I would like to explain to you what exactly guided meditations are, because we use the words ‘Guided meditations’ for a lack of better words.

Actually, through “guided meditations”, we are actually entering energy fields, we are tangibly working with energies, and we are taking actual energy journeys or travels, because energy follows attention. Wherever you place your attention, wherever you place your focus and your intent, energy follows, and so in guided meditations, because of the words and their focused intent, we actually travel or enter the energy realms.

The Masters have been using these guided meditations in various ways; one of course is in personal sessions. Those of you have attended any of our personal sessions, know that we often take you through what seems a guided meditation, but actually your energy fields are tangibly being worked on- reprogrammed- recalibrated by the Masters and by yourself. The words are only so that your conscious mind can understand and make the appropriate intent and keep the required focus for energy to then follow. This is why, very often, though what is being told to you, is something you already know, it is advice that you have already received from your friends, it is through a session that a tangible shift within you occurs. Somehow through this session a shift occurs,, an empowering occurs, a change occurs, a lifting occurs….because you change it at energy levels! So this is one way guided meditations are used.

Another way the Masters have been using guided meditations, through the years at our channeled meetings is to take you all through guided meditations, through which your encodements of your inner knowing are triggered, and concepts which you only understand intellectually are now tangibly triggered within you, so that there is a knowing far beyond words and intellectual concepts! This then becomes a very fertile soil, so that when more information, when more knowledge is given to you, you can absorb more and more in the richness of your knowing.

Also, very important is that it is only through this wordless knowing that you can actually go beyond what may seem intellectual contradictions- to a place of understanding where contradictions can co –exist! When we first start our spiritual journeys, we are very happy with very defined ways of understanding spiritual concepts be it: Freewill, Destiny, Love, God…..! They all appear clear and distinct! But as we hear more and more, we begin to see that there are many many different aspects of understanding the same concept! Some of them seem contradictory! And often confusion sets in because the mind cannot accept contradictions! And it is through meditations or guided mediations that you can actually go beyond the contradictions that seem unpalatable. Because what cannot be put into words without sounding contradictory-the vast gyroscopic view that the mind finds difficult- is triggered deep within you where words and contradictions don’t matter!
It’s somewhat like seeing a movie; and the difference between a viewing a movie or reading a book or hearing a speech/talk to understand something! The movie often makes a deeper impact and you come away in understanding the underlying gist; and that is why you often remember what you saw or learnt through a movie! And in guided meditations, you are not only seeing a movie, you are actually taking part in the movie.

I would also like to say: this morning when I connected with the Unknown Master in I thought he was going to give me a beautiful new meditation to take you all through; and he said no, you must do the Guru Purnima meditation—and I completely resisted as Guru Purnima is so many days ago! And we started with this subject today! That of course Guru Purnima or any festival, or any Stargate, does not have a time. We can actually, if we know it’s essence- we can celebrate it moment to moment, day to day, and that’s what The Unknown Master was telling me, that all of us know this intellectually and yet when we are asking you to do a Guru Purnima some months down the line….. you yourself are resisting!.

So if you can tune into exactly what Guru Purnima means, you do not have to wait for a Guru Purnima, and you can celebrate it whenever the feelings arise. A good way towards encompassing all our festivals in such a day-to-day manner is to become aware of what essence each festival makes you feel personally! Yes be aware that this essence can change time to time. This year for janmashtmi ….I thought of the birth of my Inner Child! For Ganpati it was a celebration of my Ray 3, the Divine Child—Shiva and Shakti coming together. Shivratri for me was celebration of Ray 1—and accessing its empowerment within me. If you touch the essence of each festival in such a manner- whether it’s one you usually celebrate or not- then every time that essence comes up- you are in celebration of that festival! So this will take it off the academic blackboard and allow you to appreciate that essence, moment to moment. And life becomes a long festival to celebrate indeed!

I was also surprised when the Unknown Master informed me, that these festival days are not merely symbolic or without any significance in ‘real’-energy terms! Each festival is actually based upon certain sacred geometries, planetary alignments & universal design far beyond our understanding! Due to these alignments and placements the universe floods planet earth with certain qualities/essences… which in turn make us get in touch with that essence within us! Seers of ancient times, tuned into this, and created myths, stories around this so that humanity would focus on that essence and optimize it. By weaving its essence into symbolic stories and festivals, critical mass focus is achieved and this further creates or opens the universal portals allowing more of it to be received by humanity! Also due to our conscious awareness and focus we optimize the use of these energies-pure qualities of self or god! Thus festivals are a beautiful tool the universe uses to hold our focus on our myriad pure essences/qualities through the year!

I am going to take you into the meditation; I can feel the presence of The Master.

You are being asked to focus again on A Gold Disc of Energy, floating around what we would call the Lower Crown Chakra. Feel it tangibly. When you feel it, it is the tangible presence of The Unknown Master.

Allow this gold disc to enter your crown chakra, and even as you do so, it will fan out into an arch, a semi circle, emitting 12 Rays of different colors, and it matters not if you can’t see them…they are colours beyond what you can see on your physical realm. Just know that this arch, semi circle sits a top your head.

View these 12 Rays of different colors, blend and swirl, and allow it to take the form of a cup- a chalice- a funnel- a dish antenna- any receptacle indeed; and know this is the form that the Unknown Master uses today; its the body, that he dons for you today! This cup, this chalice, this receptacle atop your head.

Now receive in this cup, all your beloved Gurus, Masters, all those whom you love, read about, have heard about, want to connect with… it matters not, ask them all to enter this receptacle. You may see them enter by name, by color, by energy; you may just make intent for all the Masters to be present in your receptacle.

Understand that The Unknown Master has taken this shape, so that he may hold for you, the assimilated energy of all your Masters, the combined energies of all your Masters. Feel them enter your energy fields through this receptacle, and for today’s meditation, we would like you not to focus on the wisdom, intelligence, mental concepts, that they have got your way, BUT the love, that you feel for them, the love and reverence that you feel for them. Tune into that tangibly, because it will become important as the meditation goes on.Feel the love that you feel, for your Masters. Feel the love that they have got into your lives. Try and view areas in your life, where love is.

What I am being told is that the Masters are working with each one, and while they do that I will speak briefly (because it is such a vast topic) on Love. We are only speaking, so we keep your focus on Love, so that the Masters can work with your energy fields.

All of you present here already know that Love is not only kindness, affection, the caring, the worry or the concern for beloveds! All of you present here already know, that Love is the state of allowing, non-judgment, and acceptance. And while this is becoming more and more easy for you: to accept the qualities good or ‘not”, of whom you call your Beloveds, you still sometimes resist their blueprints, their plans, their life’s incidences of ups and downs. Yet, Love is truly honoring the choices that each one around you has made, however different and however difficult it might appear to you. In this therefore does love becomes the ‘still point’ within you -that then allows all movement to take place around it!

Love can be best described, by ‘Om Mani Padme Hum’, which translated means, ‘the jewel that rests in the lotus’. The mind (jewel) which rests in Pure Being(lotus). Stillness that rests in Pure Being. Allow this to permeate you. Then you will not view the ups and downs and the conflicts of your Beloved Ones.

We will also explain love to you, through what you call Ray 4. Ray of Harmony Through Conflict. Many of you because you hear the word conflict, feel resistance to the Ray, but this is actually the Ray of Love.

Conflict only comes up when Love is blocked, when love seeks itself, and at the root of every conflict is Love. It is only Love seeking to remove the blocks, its Love seeking itself, and if you can keep this in mind, every time you go through a conflict that it is Love behind it, then conflict turns to love! There can be no conflict without love!

This is one way of seeing Ray 4, but the bigger picture of course is, that this word conflict, that you use, does not mean, the fighting or clashing or arguments, it actually means friction. Friction of stillness and movement, Male and Female—Shiva and Shakti, Heart and Mind. It is the friction of pure physics. It is the very basis of creation, it is what allows ‘Void’ to be. It is the interplay of opposites. That is the conflict, which Ray 4 talks about…Harmony Through Conflict.

You may see or understand this conflict better through your sexual act; it is of course orgasmic and joyful, and yet there is a conflict of Male and Female …bodies in your terms, and yet it is Pure Harmony and that is the true conflict, of Ray 4! It is what allows creation to be, and that is why Ray 4 is Love, love so empowered, love so strengthened, love so still that it allows all its nuances, all its aspect to come into being!. What you then call differences is love seeking to explore itself! And that is Ray 4, Harmony through Conflict: through duality, through polarities and harmony through accepting and becoming one with all.

Oneness is not sameness, Beloveds, oneness is not sameness. Many of you think oneness means sameness; you turn everybody around you into Love, Light, God, White Light, Pink Light, and it is very easy to love the others like that. And, when you see them in what you call their ‘true colors’, shorn of all this glitter, you find the differences staring you in the eyes, but it is these differences that you need to accept and be one with! That is Oneness, that is Ray 4, that is Love.

And ultimately Love is your energy field; it is what you emanate! And when your energy fields emanate Love, you will not be going about merely seeing people loving you, or your presence spreading peace and harmony angelically! An energy field of love will make all who come within it-those whom you call ‘others’… love themselves! An energy field of pure love, will allow ‘conflict’ to arise within the other; it will allow seeking to arise; it will allow it all so that ignorance may go! So that each one who comes into your energy field, can love themselves unconditionally, And you will allow this process to take place in the strength of love, completely without judgment, complete acceptance, so that each one can go through their processes, however atrocious it may seem to them, and through this: love Self. So a Loving energy field will not be pink clouds, it will be the strength of the ‘Om Mani padme Hum’.

Now…you are being asked to focus again on that cup, that chalice. Now allow into this cup and chalice, all your physical teachers, guides, all who have helped you, aided you; you may include all the books and e-mails, which are so, valuable these days in your teaching. Receive in this cup all your friends, family members, loved ones, each one who has been a mighty guide. Receive in this cup all whom you call your enemies, problems, challenges, every step, because all of you here are already aware, every problem, every loved one, every event, every step, is a step in your larger journey. It is a vital teacher, it is a vital guru, and no step is less or more important than the other. The Masters whom you may view as the larger platforms are not more important, than the steps that take you there. Receive all your guides into the cup and chalice and feel the thankfulness and love for them.

While your guides are working on your energy fields, I will speak on healing, because healing requires the same understanding of its process. Very often those of you heal, look around to see whether the healing has occurred, are there any results! But yours might be the first step in the process of healing.. You might be in the middle, and yes, when you see results you are in the more concluding steps! So do not look for results in healing. Healing is an alchemical process Know that you have taken one valuable step in a larger process!.

Now again focus on the cup, the chalice and this time allow it to fill, with what we will call a very, very vital teacher, guru, master. For today’s meditation: your most vital guru. Most of you would think, we allude to Self, but we do not, we allude to Life.Your Life, your day-to-day life, what you may even call your non-spiritual life mundane, domestic ,working life that is your true teacher.

All of you here are familiar with the concept of being your own guide, your own guru, your own Master, and yes yes of course you are, because your life is your reflection, but it is time to switch your focus ever so slightly and encompass, your self as a student. Because that part of you, whom you call your current Self- your Conscious Mind- the Experiencer is student! It is the eternal student! And if you encompass this into your focus, you will throw open the doors to life… you will then love your life, your day to day life and events, with the same love and reverence that we asked you to experience when you had collected and gathered your Masters.

It is all very well to be connected to your Masters and feel respect for your teachers, but when you view Life, as your Guru, as your Master, this will extend to life. You will feel connected to and respect for your own lives, and then you will wake up every morning looking forward… yearning to meet life, the way you yearn to meet your Masters through channelings! And a very beautiful shift will occur within you, when you will realize actually tangibly that your life- its events- its people- are your Masters! Are your Gods, are your Angels in tangible form!

It is a very, very precious moment when life itself becomes precious; and just the way you accept and welcome Masters in all their forms at the meetings (whether they are jovial, or loving or stern or saturnine or strict) you will accept all your life events, each one without judging, without condemning, without finding them lacking, or less! You will get over your pre-occupation with what is free-will, destiny, what is ego will, because all these distinctions are only looked upon to find a donkey to pin the tail of blame on for your unpalatable life events!

And most important: when life is itself is your teacher or guru you will not compartmentalize life and master ! Life and god! Life and ‘the spiritual’. You will not live in some spiritual haze, but you will Choose Life, Affirm Life, Live your day-to-day life. You will not wish to die to merge; you will not focus on some future date when you will evolve! You will then focus and ENJOY THE NOW!

And that is why your prayer to your Master ‘Give us this day our daily bread’ refers to this bread, this principle of awakened consciousness, that it is your day to day life, which is your daily bread, your daily sustenance, your daily ‘prayer’!

And of course when you are student, you will not judge yourself, quite so harshly when you make mistakes. Remember your youthful days, -school days when you collected erasers of all colors, and you used them with glee when you made a mistake? You knew you were rubbing out something only to perfect it! And as student of life you use this awareness in your life, and not judge yourselves; blame yourselves for mistakes, and a certain lightness will enter your Spiritual journeys, a certain JOY, a certain exploration.

We would like you to keep this in mind, whenever you celebrate Guru Purnima. It is a celebration of life, an affirmation of life. You do not need to run from your day-to-day life to be Spiritual. You need to use the Spiritual to aid and enhance your day –to-day life. This will help you better understand, why it is said that you live in State Of Grace…you are born in a State of Grace. What does this truly mean?

Grace is not conferred to you by Master, by his touch, his look, his words. Grace is conferred to you moment to moment that you are alive, by the very fact of being alive. That is also why you are born into a State Of Grace! Because life begins in the womb, and is a most vital teacher. When you are in the womb- when you are a child- all your so-called ‘issues’ are your vital teachers-the very foundations courses! And when you consciously become aware of this, you will not blame your parents, you will not blame your past, you will not blame your conditioning, you will give it the respect it requires, As Master.

You are being again asked to focus on that chalice and cup, and view it now disintegrating. It is becoming like a fine mesh, fine grid, encompassing your life, your universe. It is one with the Universal Grid. It is one with you. It is one with your current life.
