HAPPINESS IS…!
Happiness is acceptance; unhappiness is in resistance
Happiness is embracing the flow of events; unhappiness is in trying to/thinking
we can control them
Happiness is the deep abiding trust that everything is happening for the larger good
even if we cant see it now; unhappiness is in wrestling with the reasons
Happiness is
a state of forgiveness where no one is seen as
transgressor- thus no one to blame or forgive (indeed thankfulness for
everything as a soul learning/experience/expansion back to Godself); unhappiness is in the burdens of blame and guilt
Happiness is seeing the gift/opportunity/positive in everything;
unhappiness is seeing the problem, difficulty, negativity
Happiness is the equanimity of non judgment;
unhappiness is in the e-motions of judgment and its labels (good/bad –
right/wrong - happy/pain)
Happiness is in being the witness (knowing all is part
of the cosmic play/perfection); unhappiness is in getting caught in the drama
of duality and its seeming ups and downs
Happiness is mindfulness in the Now; unhappiness is focus on the past/ future
Happiness is in Self – in Its empowerment that no outside agency be it ‘another’,
‘fate’ or ‘God’ is responsible for our experiences( the gnosis that we
reflect, attract or put into our blueprints everything we meet in life);
unhappiness is in abdication of this responsibility and deeming this point of
power to be on the outside
Happiness is in the surrender of being the puppet – and -
the puppeteer! Unhappiness is in feeling
the puppet is disconnected from the puppeteer…
Happiness is in letting go of ‘happiness’; unhappiness is in trying hard to be
happy
Happiness is in not defining what brings us happiness, not defining what happiness is; indeed happiness is in letting go of ‘happiness’; unhappiness
is in the limited images we have of happiness, or what brings us happiness
indeed in trying to be happy
Happiness is
in being free of the 'me' (individuated/separated
ego notion); unhappiness is part of the individuated separate ego self experience! Mo me = no
worries, concerns, agenda’s = happiness
