AWARENESS OF YOUR CHAKRA'S, HEAL EXPAND

CALLED THE KUNDALANI RISING
Come beloveds, shut your eyes and
conjure yourself in the beautiful space ... that you enter into during mediation. Rest in this frequency and recognize that this is no outer space we
have gotten you to – all that has happened is that you have shifted to you
higher frequency...to that place of rest and peace within ... the move
from self to Self. . And then you become aware of a crystal clear pool in front
of you in which you can see yourself... gaze upon yourself lightly... see
yourself outside you ... (this works over time in helping you become a witness
to yourself rather than operating as the self/identifying with the self as
you do currently). Day to day
thoughts maybe there… if they are... see them drifting by like clouds in the
sky, you are the vast still sky not the clouds drifting by; see this in
the pool… those thoughts are not yours…they simply skim the surface of the pool
and keep drifting away … even as your reflection remains unchanged …become
aware of this…you are not your thoughts…
Today you have chosen to work with your chakras, and
with this intent, the universe works with you. See
in the mirror of the pool … the seven chakras, each one above the other, red,
orange, yellow, green, blue indigo and violet. You may see these as gems, or
petals of a lotus or discs of vibrating energy of the colors mentioned. Remember
energies follow thought, and the universe flows towards what you focus on. So
become aware in the mirror of the pool… of
a beautiful golden silver grid …fine net
if you like … all around you. The work
you have done on self has made you one with the universal grid… with its divine
energies… and you shimmer as a part of the cosmos. Spend a few moments simply in awareness of
the chakras…feel them pulsating, vibrant energy centers which connect you to
the universe! Seven revolving doors, into and out of you…!
Now focus on the
FIRST, ROOT CHAKRA, ruby red,
near your pubic bone. First allow cleansing
and healing, view the elements work with the chakra, the element of air
clears away the debris you have accumulated over the years, the element of fire
through the sun penetrates deep removing deeper blocks, the element of water
splashes and cleanses and the element of earth… a red petal perhaps buffs and
polishes the chakra till it is glowing a brighter ruby red. Feel this process,
feel how the chakra feels lighter, brighter….spend a few moments here …
Healed and
cleansed there is automatically more space so to say for the chakra to fill with the energies most
required at this chakras point. So
become aware of a beautiful thick strand of energy emanate from the chakra and
go down down deep deep into the core of
mother earth and plant itself in a
crystalline layer – her very core which is one with source. Then become aware
of receiving from here, through this strand, a pulsating vibrant energy gushing
up and entering the chakra. Draw from here whatever is required by you at this
chakra…and even as it fills … whatever is not required at this chakra is
further released. Spend a few moments here …
This is the
chakra of abundance, joy, security,
grounding and trust amongst other things; a very vital chakra as it is the
gate way to all the higher and also as it pertains directly to your day to day
experience as mankind. So tap into earth’s abundance;
know it is one of your reasons to be, to explore and enjoy the abundance that
you are. And just like nature might have its cycles, fallow and then the crop
growing profusely; know that you are ever connected to this bounty and fill
with it. Tap into the pleasure, happiness, joy …that is
activated by this chakra; know that this is your reason to be, to express and
experience pleasure ( in the body) , happiness ( in the mind) , joy ( beyond
body-mind) …how more beautiful a purpose
could there be! Spend a few moments in
this fulfillment.
Feel safe, secure stability and protected …
as you are held safe in earth’s deep embrace… as her child…she allows
nothing to come to you that is not for your good… feel like a tree so deeply rooted that it fears not
springing out and growing tall… know that existence looks after its own and you
are part of existence. Come beloveds feel nurtured and open up to a state
of deep abiding trust…; trust of who, what why where you are… trust
of where you are coming from and where you are going… trust self, the others,
life and God…. Trust that everything is for your highest good even if you can’t

The sacral
chakra maintains many functions like all other chakras, so for now become aware that this is the chakra of subconscious beliefs which rule your life…
that’s why you often say I feel it in my gut it is also the chakra where you store your fears, again that’s why fear
is often felt in the gut. So receive at this chakra that information, knowledge, wisdom, that you require to operate from
expanded and positive beliefs. And even as you fill with this wisdom,
automatically fears start to release … limiting beliefs start to dissolve… the
subconscious mind aligns with the higher mind …the subconscious chatter within
you starts to still… where there is light there can be no darkness. This is
also the chakra from where the life force, often known as qi enters you and thus is connected to vitality, stamina good health and even beauty. So cleared of the
blocks, be aware and view in the pool this vital life force entering you more

it energizing you, and bringing your body into a healthy state of being - the

chakra maintains many functions like all other chakras. So for now become aware
it is a very vital chakra … the chakra
most directly concerned with both self
and Self! At the layman level it is the chakra from where you tap into self empowerment, confidence and its
success. So come fill with these frequencies, this sense of self, and its
inner strength and power. As you do, as you abide in your inner power you will
not seek it outside but be strong confident and gentle! Then tap into Self…into your I AM presence … fill with
this higher sense of Self… its empowerment - tap into the Divine force, Divine
Will, Divine power and feel it course through a you ... you do not need to seek
this outside through money, success, relationships, … it will then reflect in all

This is the
chakra, energy centre of Love. Both love the emotion and Love the divine
force. Draw from every aspect of
love in the universe all that your heart chakra requires… draw from here harmony,
positive relationships, thankfulness, non judgment, acceptance and love as you
know it of course. And even as you do this allow whatever is not in sync -
anger, pain, non forgiveness and loss to dissolve and fade away. This is also where you tap into self love, the primary relationship
which reflects in all other relationships, so feel love for self, feel all
these qualities of acceptance and thankfulness for self – just the way you are in
this NOW - not better, not more
spiritual, just as you are now. Remove all judgments of self- know that
whatever mistakes you have made have been a step towards growth. Be thankful to
who you are, your life plan, your blueprint…feel feel loved, feel lovable…be
love… be the beloved! Then tap into Divine Love, Love the force, love the
fabric of the universe -Devotion, surrender, oneness … go beyond the word Love…

The throat
chakra maintains many functions like all other chakras. So for now become aware
that amongst other things it is the passage from the lower (personal energy
field) to higher (universal energy field) chakras. Of course this is the chakra
of free and open communication ,
thus often gets blocked when communication is thwarted or when you are unable to speak your truth so to
say; it is also the chakra of expression
thus a vital chakra for those who express through any creative medium; but
expression is not only ones creative
skills – but ones very life- your
life is your expression …thus at this chakra you tap into what God has
chosen to ‘Be’…experience express - through
you …what only you can be/contribute to the whole.. and in that feel free to
express s only you can; know that you are a unique aspect of the whole, feel special and likewise honor each
one as special (otherwise in its blocked state this is where you hold jealousy and comparison and lack of self

whatever is not required at this chakra to release…be eliminated…spend a few moments here …
The third eye
chakra maintains many functions like all other chakras. For now become aware
that amongst other things this is where you receive or tap into intuition, divine knowledge, direct knowing
…also known as psychic vision or clairvoyance; become open to filling with
this. It is also the chakra of the higher
mind, intellect, of conscious knowing (different from the subconscious
beliefs of the 2 nd chakra) thus as this chakra is cleansed and empowered you
receive clarity, the larger soul view
rather than the limited self view to
make right decisions, honed focus .
So yes this is the chakra of being the seer,
not only mystical seeing but clear seeing in day to day ways for what you need
in the Now. This chakra performs another very vital function – it is the seat of your world view- and whatever is
held at this chakra is what reflects outside as the people, events, things and
life as you know it. This is from where manifestation takes place, thus the
more in touch you are with Self, clearer is the vision you choose to see
externally. For now you may view in it
whatever you choose to manifest, or the qualities you choose, as already
happened… spend a few moments here …

CHAKRA –CROWN CHAKRA – violet colour -few inches or so above our
head/crown.
At this
chakra no work is done or can be done… this is the sum of your current
consciousness… it’s also the chakra where personal consciousness
dissolves into the universal consciousness …feel
the dissolution of personal self… feel the expanded self… feel its qualities of
oneness, stillness, vastness … and then go beyond the words as no words can do
it justice… so just
spend a few moments here …and see your energy field, your aura…you…
glow and emanate forth a beautiful rainbow radiance
Now become aware of the upward surge that has been
happening as you cleared, empowered, balanced every chakra. Feel the red
vibrant pulsating energy flow into the orange, and combined they flow into the
solar and then the heart and throat and third eye. Feel it at every chakra - feel
the upsurge as it then pours out of your crown chakra like a beautiful rainbow
fountain of light - cascading around you…as your new aura…and pooling around
you where you are seated… from where the
current- energy- vibrancy enters you
again at the root and travels upwards; to once again pour out of the crown and
cascade and pool around you …once again entering you and rising….and so on and
so forth allow the current to rise up along the sushumna or spine tll it slows
down and comes to a rest….
Spend a few moments in the profound awareness of your
kundalani rising… become aware of the move from
self to Self… from personal to impersonal consciousness…from duality to
trinity… humanity to divinity…. (Repeat
the meditation as and when required by your chakras…)
