HEART CHAKRA-1

Focus on your heart chakra …what I am being shown is that my heart chakra is beaming out lights and each of your heart chakra’s is beaming out lights and these lights are meeting in the centre of the circle and they are playing with each other …they are not merging but enjoying the play! Allow the play fully; frolic indeed in the centre…! We merge …and we separate… and we merge some more… and we separate… we choose not to merge, we choose to play in separation…we look at the others merge… and yet all these nuances are but play!

It is all play…focus on this… at your heart chakra…play…. Lightness …this is love, this is love…the spirit of play….allow these energies…  the spirit of play to emanate out from your heart chakra and enter you again from your back heart chakra …play…light… not always the desire to merge! Explore the beauty of union in its seeking… enjoy, enjoy…as you are emanating into the center of the room, you are receiving from your back heart chakra- play, light, teasing, merging, separating, exploring all nuances, it matters not… this is love…this is love…

But love has many… many aspects.... so we will focus on another aspect of love now what you call nurturing, healing, white light, Christ consciousness, Reiki even… my healing aspect, my nurturing aspect, love gentle as you know love to be… that is what each of you are pouring out from your heart chakra into the centre and receiving from your back heart chakras…you can call it love, you can call it nurturing, healing, white light ,Christ consciousness, Reiki. And understand this is with you 24/7 moment to moment but you block it out sometimes, and today you will make an intent to be always open to this aspect of love…its nurturing, its healing, its gentleness…Reiki, white light. See this white light, see this nurturing, healing, soak you, anoint you, permeate you… apply it like a balm on your face,  apply it like a fragrance on your throat and even as you are being nurtured, being anointed, being healed  and even as love enters you from your back heart centre, you are pouring it out from the front heart chakra into the centre of the room, into each one present,  into the lives of your beloveds, your colleagues, your world, your humanity….

We have explored myself as play, we have explored myself as nurturing and healing and Reiki… understand that what you call Pranic healing is also love, it is the love of whom you call the Kali- the powerful love that will remove what is  not required…that is the love of Pranic healing…. a force on its own… the love that allows a mother to remove the scabs... allow this to pour out from your heart chakra what you can call Pranic healing, love, colors, strength, force… remove what is not required (or be there for people from whom its being removed in this stillness of love ) and allow the same to enter from the back of your back heart chakra…. The power of love, the force of love, the love elimination, death… removing what is not required so that the new can be…of course this is love. This is the essence that Pranic healing uses…that is why Reiki is gentle and nurturing and can always be used and that is why Pranic has to be used when required…with more care…

Now another aspect of my love...revitalizing, joyous, growth, pink light if you like… see me as growth, see me as the flowers shooting out, see me as trees growing, see me as apples ripening, see me as the sun shining, a river flowing, revitalizing, refreshing love, growth, creativity…. this is also me… pour this out of your heart chakra into this beautiful sacred circle so that each one’s growth here may be the others…and receive from the back heart chakra… revitalizing growth, sunlight, trees….

And now focus simultaneously on the back and front heart chakra and allow them to unite so to say, so that they meet in the centre of your body… they are one… back heart chakra and front heart chakra…love in all its aspects.. we could spend a lifetime with you here exploring Our different facets but we will now ask you to feel love as it really is …stillness….that pure consciousness, energy field –love- which allows all to be… that pure consciousness energy field- love- which allows free will to be… love which allows all my aspects, to explore all their aspects unconditionally - good, bad, ugly, evil, matters not… love is ‘still’…all allowing…in your terms…non judging..

Visualize in front of you children  playing a game… see them fighting, see them scrambling, see your beloved child there… see him/her and yet… as mother… you are completely still and it matters not to you because you know they are playing a game… you are busy talking on the phone…! It matters not…. you just look at them playing, fighting, screaming, and you are completely still… because you are looking at the game as love! Playing itself out!  Without any concern…! That is love…

Now again visualize that same game, that same child, your child…. Your child is crying, your child is losing, your child is always losing, the others are cheating, a string of games, your child is always losing, others are cheating , bullying…AND NOW immediately expand your focus and see another game being played in another place… your child is winning, your child is joyous… EXPAND THE GAME MORE… every child has his chance of winning, every child is winner in some game… in that you become still... in that you allow each game to take place.…you do not try and fix it ….that is the strength, that is the stillness of love... NOW AGAIN SEE YOUR CHILDREN PLAYING … but this time remove the board, remove the game…see them in their lives, see them in their challenges, see them in their problems, see them in their ups and downs And YET EXPAND THAT FOCUS NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, NOT TEN TIMES, A MILLION ZILLION TIMES…WHERE YOU SEE THE WHOLE LARGER PICTURE….where you know every piece of the puzzle is fitting.. and in that you rest, in that you relax, in that there is stillness, in that there is strength:  THAT  is love…

See every piece of the puzzle fit… actually see every piece of the puzzle fit….every relationship that you have had, every relationship of your children, every event, every challenge, every success, every joy, see it all fit so that the sum is far larger, far larger, than any of its individual parts, no matter how beautiful or what your might call  how difficult… That is love. That is love …love is always seated here, love is always ensconced here…in this knowing of the larger picture… it is from this position that love plays its game lightly, refreshingly, as Death, as Reiki… in all its facets from this sum total and therefore love is still and love is strong and love is powerful and yet gentle and playful and refreshing..tap into this source of love…a word misrepresented… understand love in all its facets, yes, but understand that the sum total has no word in your dictionary …we had explained it to you through analogy…

Feel the stillness of that end point, of that sum total… feel the force.. VIEW a pair of eyes looking out from that sum total….at every incident, every event…those are the eyes of love… this is the energy field required…this is the energy field of love ….Oh yes, you will explore aspects where I will be mild and I will be gentle and I will be Reiki, I will be aspects where I will be Kali and I will be Pranic, I will have aspects where I will be growth… Oh yes, you will explore  all my aspects…but always from this sum total far larger than any other, like a diamond, it can have all its colors … and yet that diamond is….crystal clear…

That is love….pour out this love from your front  of your heart chakra into the centre of this room and allow this love to work with each one present here, with your beloveds, with your colleagues, with your world, with humanity and receive this love from the back of your heart chakra…

We will put on the music…. Experience love as its sum total …the power, the stillness the play of the long term vision…love… love becoming the individual paths, exploring its many facets…

(TO MUSIC- I had planned to put on a beautiful chant, but due to a ‘wrong’  CD being inserted ,a western love ! song played itself out!….to which the rest of the meditation beautifully played out…!)

It is now the light playful love….the teasing, the playfulness, the humor, the banter, the laughing, friends together, high spirits…love in the eyes of each other….admiring each others clothes, jewelry, sharing each others stories...playfully, playfully….pour this out from your heart chakra and receive this from the back…. feel the crescendo build up...love…

Love is Reiki…love is white light…love is nurturing, love is gentle...love is anointing… love is the fragrance of a perfume on your neck…love as healing… love  so soft… love of a mother putting the comforter on you and kissing you goodnight and promising you all is well…. love of your child putting the comforter on you and telling you rest Mama… I am there…. love of your friends, hearing you day in day out…. accepting all your words like pearls in their hand, stringing them like pearls.…it matters not what you say and what you speak…they embrace you…. each one of you here, friends… we celebrate friends today…

Now love…..as Pranic, as Kali, as removing what is not required, removing each others fears, removing each others doubts, removing each others ignorance, answering a question is removal of the doubt...how smooth, how safe and you think Pranic, and you think Kali, and you think elimination, is so huge… hear me in this gentle tone.. this is how I eliminate so that the new may be… take birth…

Each one of you through the play, through the nurturing, through the removal…..feel this love now… AHHHHH…..I am afresh, I am anew, I am revitalized , I am growing, I am expanding…

(In Ref to a personal message) Turn behind and look at those rocks you’ll saw earlier…you have left them so far behind…look at that vastness… it is filled with oasis’s…each aspect of that vastness is filled with a beautiful oasis… every moment in that vastness you will be in one oasis or another…

Love…watch those children playing…. watch the board games…watch the child cry…expand it… see every child win… remove the game... see every piece of the puzzle fit…tap into love…and we try and label it…we try and define it… if you spoke every word, everyday, for every minute of existence you cannot describe Me…you can only feel I, be I, experience I…love…

While this is happening, keep pouring from your front chakra and keep receiving from your back chakra….all its facets… …love has been around us every time, every minute, every moment, through those seemingly problems, through those challenges, we have never not been with love….every eye has only held love….NOW think of those problems,  those people with whom you have had issues and see the love in their eyes, see the love in your eyes, see the bond of love… see the game you both played together… see the courting for the final merger…see it in all the eyes…if there is any person with whom you have a forgiveness issue, see that person,  see the love….see the game…see the courting…see your whole life flash before your eyes like a kaleidoscope, every incident, every person, this life, past life, future life… all of us are playing the game of love… 

 HEART CHAKRA 2  (Continued in the next session)

Focus on your heart chakra again…I want you all to sense how beautifully, instantly each one is connected and how the energies have shifted already…

I want each one to visualize how in the centre of a room there symbolically, a heart is pulsating, to symbolize love in all its aspects… far beyond words….I want each one to know that the heart which is pulsating in the centre… far beyond words… is a reflection of your heart chakra today and even as you become aware of this wonderful reflection it reinforces what your heart chakra already ‘is’ ….

And as you expand your heart chakra, the heart in the centre is expanding and as that is expanding, your heart chakra is expanding and so on and so forth….for those of you who can hear the inner sounds they are already playing…for those of you who wish to slightly open your eyes and look in the centre you can almost see ‘love’ as energy…you can see it tangibly… You may t see it as mist, as particles shining….

Now focus on your heart and let us explore all that Love means….we will review some of the aspects we explored last time due to the beloveds who were not present…

We will experience how love is …gentle, nurturing, healing, white light, Reiki… allow this love to enter your from the back of heart chakra… allow yourself to feel anointed… …heal every aspect and allow this to pour out from the front of your heart chakra into the centre of the group, into your environment, into your world…..…allow this white, gentle, nurturing, healing aspect of love heal every aspect of self today… every cell, every particle, every doorway of the mind, all that you hold in that part of the brain which stores  memories….gently…gently… nurturing… healing……  always all around you……see this healing in the eyes of a friend… see this healing in the touch of your mother, see this healing in the plants that breathe into your home …see this healing in the words of your Guides, and teachers and masters… gentle, nurturing, love,  Reiki, white light, love…

…and now view love as revitalizing, energy, growth, profusion, grass shooting out of the earth, flowers blossoming, waters bubbling, rivers flowing….. fresh revitalizing… love… allow yourself to receive this from the back of your heart chakra… allow yourself to revitalize every aspect of your very being and allow this to pour out from the front into the circle…. into each one present, into your homes, into your environments, into your worlds…love…

…now view love as Pranic, as cleansing, as Kali… Yes, view love in the removal of old patterns…. view love in death… allow this to come into you from the back of your heart chakra….. allow it to remove all that you do not require…. Know it is love.…love…. allow it to kill so that in that there is new birth of all aspects of self…view love in this beloveds….view love…. if there was no love there would be no death and there would be no new birth…so allow this to enter from the back of your heart chakra and allow it to flow out from the front into the circle and into each one present…. into your homes, into your environments, into the world… for highest good of each concerned…

Now view love as grace…grace… grace all around you moment to moment… the grace of your Gods and Masters... the grace that they showered in you…when you began the game of separation and needed a God self outside you…..

…Feel the grace of being them being your highest ideals so that you have something outside you, to grow into….

…Feel the grace of your highest potentials so that you have dreams and desires and inspiration and muse…

Feel the grace …the love… that the Gods have held for you as long as you needed them...this grace from the eyes of your Master, the touch of your Master, from your prayers, from your Gods, from your temples, is of course love…. allow this to enter from the back of your heart chakra …

…and now view the grace in the words of your teachers, your Guides, every Guru … in their words, in their energies, each one is a grace… each one is coated with love…. it is love at its most profound… and allow this to enter from the back of your heart chakra and allow it to pour out from the front…

Experience love in the grace that surrounds you moment to moment to moment…. all that your eyes are graced to see of Self…. Flowers, beauty, mountains….. all that your ears are graced to hear… the music, the mantras, the tones, the voices of friends, the words of Gyan…. all grace…. all love…. Become aware of the grace that permeates your nostrils of all my divine, divine fragrances... allow yourself to receive the grace of all that you touch and sense and feel on this physical planet… it is but love… and the grace of all that you taste…

…allow this grace to enter you from the back of your heart chakra…. the grace of Gods and Masters and ideals and higher potentials.. the grace of teachers and words and their energies allowing you to reach these highest potentials…the grace of your senses….the grace in every aspect…in every sense…. allow this to enter you from the back of your heart chakra and as you pour it out into the centre of the circle…. into your homes, into your environment, into your worlds…Know that you, wherever you are, in whichever form you are, are grace itself… …for that moment in time, for that place in space, for that person, for  that event, for the whole, for the universe,  you are grace, you are love….

How many, many nuances do I have.. how many, many shades…view love now as protection... yes beloveds protection is nothing but an aspect of My Love….for all my individuations …so that I can keep you safe and warm and close to me in my embrace, in the embrace of the whole, in the embrace of the universe, in the embrace of your soul, in the embrace of your friends, in the embrace of your Teachers and Guides….. always…. always safe and protected so that you may play the game without any fear….. so that you may go as far, as deep as you like and explore All that I Am, so that you may have your cake and eat it too…. so that you may be an adventure and feel safe at home… That is love, that is protection all around you moment to moment are you safe in the arms of protection itself… an aspect of love….conjure yourselves playing the game... conjure yourselves on a television show playing the ‘reality’ game and yet you know that there are none of the seeming challenges…there is only love…

How many aspects we may explore of what you may call love…gentle, nurturing, healing, revitalizing, refreshing, cleansing, death, birth, grace, protection, safety….

And now view Me- love- as surprises, as the delight of surprises because love is not heavy and ponderous and serious ….love is delight, love is surprise…view this in your beloved coming home later than the usual but to take you to a party he had thrown and understand that those schedules which do not work out the way you want are this love of a lover coming home late yes, but due to love… how delighted you are in that, if you view your delays through these eyes…its love! View love as surprise, with you opening out those ribbons of a gift, how many, many ribbons, how many, many wrappings…you do not know what is coming out and that is love beloveds… that is love….The exploration of the unknown that I keep intact for you…. It is my love that allows the unknown to remain….how would life be if you would have no gifts to unravel… if you could see through the packing…it is love…it is love…

See yourself changing outfit after outfit for your lover… wearing all your different clothes, your different  hair, swirling, pirouetting for him/her…. that is love and its changing moods, people and situations which come and go.. the word which so horrifies all of you, Change… and yet it is love… view it in this self adorning self with a hundred types of jewels and clothes… that is change, that is love…..

…allow this to enter from the back of your heart chakra and pour it out from the front of your heart chakra into this circle, into your homes, into your environments, into your world… let all these aspects of love pour in from back of your heart chakra, the  nurturing , the healing, the  revitalizing, the cleansing, death, new birth, the grace, the protection, the embrace, the surprises… let it all pour out from the front into the circle, into each one present, into your homes, beloveds, environment and worlds…

And now view  love as energy as Shiva and Shakti looking at each other…. as Shiva looking at all that he is….as  Shakti coming alive in Shiva’s eyes so that she can be  All That Is….

View this love as the law of attraction that allows you as my individuation  to create what you like, experience what you choose… to manifest completely with free will …..

View how restful is this love...how restful…safe at home and yet on an adventure…. still and yet activity and movement….excitement and yet All Knowing…unknown and yet All Knowing…. see how beautifully love straddles these two….and in that is, what love is,…. love is rest and movement, known and unknown, safe and adventure….

This is the love that you will each express… this is the love that all your words will contain… this is the love that you will reach out with…. your words will be healing, soft ,gentle, nurturing like Reiki when required… your words will be revitalizing,  fresh, new inputs, eureka, growth when required…. your words and energies will be cleansing, removal, death and new birth when required… your words and energies will be the grace itself falling into the laps of that other as grace... Your words will be the ultimate protection that you will give another, this knowing, this knowledge, this experience ….this is what Durga is… this is Om Dum Durgaye Namah…this is the protection of love… …and your words will be Shiva /Shakti and your words will allow the other to love himself/herself, your words will allow the other to be Creator…. your words will allow the other to be still when required to move when required…. your words will allow the other to know that he/she is always at rest  in spite of all the movement….This is love beloveds ….this is love….

And love is not that gentle emotion you mistake it for….love is strength, if you want one to choose one word .. you will remove all that we have used….love is a force so mighty for which there are no words… love is strength, love is might and on these words will you focus when we put on the music….

(MUSIC WAS PUT ON…A TREMEDOUS CHANT OF IMMENSE POWER AND FORCE IN ITS VERY TONE….).you will focus on your heart chakras… you will focus on love as strength and you will allow it to permeate into your energy fields because this is the love you will use in your world henceforth …receive it from back of your heart chakra and pour it out into the centre of the circle so that each one may be this field of love… allow this to permeate into your homes, into your environments, into your worlds….

Allow it to fill you through the chant….this is love….fill… radiate.. fill… radiate….fill… radiate… fill…radiate….

…experience love for the first time….…open your eyes and maintain your focus on this love….emanate this into your homes….

…the force of love is eyes completely open…walk in with your eyes open, nothing hidden, eyes completely open…walk in  with your eyes open in all your situations….keep your shoulders straight… feel the force of love… you have explored its gentle exploration… it need not be loud and domineering… tap into this….All of you open your eyes and maintain this focus of love… feel it in your energy fields- the strength, the mind, the force… t

….each one make an intent that this is what your energy field will be , 24/7… nurturing when required, revitalizing when required,  embracing when required, protecting when required, grace when required, rest when required and yet at the very bottom it will always stem from this strength…Never again view love as tepid or weak…Never again….

Each pore of yours has this energy field ….any atom, any molecule, any cell which is not compatible with this, let it go…. with the love of Kali, let it go…All of you are going to be called upon to use this strength in some moment in life…..Use it well.. All you will need to do is to look at the situation and pour this love out and allow that energy to choose which aspect the other receives...

When the Kundalini rises, this is what you feel…. Strength card is this….Tap into this and all those confusions will go…this is the energy field you will use in your healing…you will appear soft  and you will appear gentle and you will be seemingly doing Reiki but this is what will leave your hands for instant healing…..instant healing…

Long silence….
