ONENESS is beautiful but most confuse oneness with sameness & the obvious gets ignored- that while we are all one we need not be the same! Indeed each one is a unique aspect of that which is called 'Oneness'. And true oneness is when we can accept these ‘differences’ as aspects of our oneness- rather than trying to change all that is different from you …into the  right ‘one! You must not (and this may surprise you) go about converting everybody to the same one God! Because that my dears, is the easy way out; a convenience so that you do not need to be one with the many nuances that make up life and its people. It is far easier to be ‘one’ with all, when you paint them with the same golden hue, shorn of the multiplicity that truly makes them up! It is far easier to be one with a golden hue, than be one with the ‘different’ aspects and qualities that make up the people in your life and world ange all that is different from you, into what you consider the right ‘one’

ONENESS is truly a oneness that is so ‘one’- so singular- that diversity becomes a dazzling embrace: each difference a display of affection, each facet and an open declaration of love for all that can be; a love song so beautiful made up if its many notes.

IN LOVE, you touch oneness until the ‘differences’ crop up! And instead of celebrating and reveling in this dynamic multiplicity of oneness, you allow these facets of oneness to segregate and diminish you instead..!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Every birth is an affirmation of the love, will & creativity that gives rise to humanity. Every birth is a beautiful mirror through which the Divine views its infinite potential. Thus is every birthday special & a tribute indeed- to the utterly unique, valiant & extra ordinary contribution that only each individuation can make- towards the fulfillment of the Whole. And unknown to you, it is not only ‘you’ who celebrates but the universe!

Macroscopically every birth is the holographic birthing of a universe; and what you consider as your birth date is only this NOW surging within you in linear time and space! Inviting you, as reminder of you will, to get in touch with the passion that made you burst forth as a universe ready to explore itself; asking you to claim your all- potential more palpably and take charge of what you call your destiny- your plans to express, experience, expand the consciousness that you are that you are as only 'you' can.

For in this self-development does the universe develop - it has not been created in some distance past, but is even now, in every moment created afresh through each of us

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE: Paradoxically what we view as the penultimate love, Unconditional Love, does not refer to emotion as much as to a state of neutrality; its not about feelings but non judgment-it is best viewed thru the universal principle of free will- Creators Unconditional loving allowance for all within Creation! Thus unconditional love is not an unrealistic ideal about needing to feel the emotion we call ‘love’ towards everyone- t is simply a state of complete allowance -a complete all-embracing acceptance of everyone/everything - of all their qualities, desires, fears, life events – of their blueprints whatever they may be!

Indeed there should be two different words for love the emotion and Love the universal force! The reason it is one word is because ‘love the emotion’ is what enables humans to at least come close to the experience of ‘Love the Universal force/beingness’….and thus somewhere along the line the words became synonymous. When we as humans feel ‘love the emotion’ we tap into the essence of ‘Love the force’…Its acceptance, oneness, non judgment, sense of expansion and surrender…and thus have the words become one…but they are two different states of being! In love the emotion there is self- and all that comes with self (needs, hopes, expectations, concerns) no matter how fine/pure an emotion self might be feeling/experiencing! In love the emotion there are still two no matter how one they may feel(or want to feel); in Love the Universal force there is no other….thus there is no desire for merger or union or oneness….how can One desire those? There is no devotion…devotion to whom? There is only being…! Yes often when we as humans, feel that inexplicable urge…we seek/ or seek to express …love the emotion… and yet at its deepest it is yearning to move back into Self…

LOVE: Many think neutral means a lack of love, but really it accepts and embraces all. There is no thing as good or bad within it- it is all embracing.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE is not as impossible a concept as it sounds! It merely applies complete acceptance of self and thus others. It merely implies a complete acceptance of qualities, desires, fears and blueprints- yours or another’s. It does not refer to an emotion as much as to a state of allowance and neutrality.

LOVE/FEAR/EVIL: Evil has no source no reality other than separation from, and ignorance of, Self/Source! As ignorance diminishes, as separation dissolves, as we increasingly become one with All That Is (with our authentic nature -Love, abundance, joyfulness, liberty, its empowerment & surrender) there is automatically less & less of fear, lack, loneliness, powerlessness- and thus thoughts & actions that spring from there (which the world labels negative/evil). Indeed as we feel loved, abundant, nourished, safe, and free and the empowered beings that we are do our thoughts and actions automatically flow from here (which the world labels positive/ good)…

So yes beloveds when we view thoughts/actions through the lens of ‘evil' lets understand that its is only the ‘darkness’ of ignorance…the lack of the ‘light’ of awareness …and in this lets wish for the light of awareness to flow towards them/self; so yes beloveds when we view thoughts/actions through the lens of ‘evil' lets understand the lack of separation...the hollowness of not operating from the fullness of ones being…and wish for unity consciousness to flow towards them/self…

BLISS is not some constant state of happiness & joy as we sometimes view it to be... indeed bliss is a state of equanimity, simplicity and neutrality. Bliss is not a state devoid of ups/downs/pain as we sometimes we view it to be, but a state beyond these opposites, and in that is a subtle but all imp difference:  Bliss does not mean ‘no’ pain or downs and neither does it mean a state of ‘only’ happiness or ups- because in being ‘beyond’ opposites it embraces both or is affected by neither!   And this paradox - that even in the midst of up/down/pain/ joy one remains unperturbed (neither seeking the good/up/joy- nor trying to avoid the down/pain- and thus beyond the tango of up/down joy/pain) - indeed this rooted equanimity/neutrality…this state of being where one thing is not opposed to another…this state of being where we identify with/accept all things and events…is the much touted bliss!

However the human mind (mind= duality) can only connect any positive state of being in terms of ‘good’, ‘happy’ ‘joy’ etc… and as bliss is considered the ultimate positive state of being…it has got linked with its image of being  some ‘blissed out only  happy & joyful euphoric’ state of being!More so as bliss is a state beyond duality it is beyond our language (which arises only in duality- so far at least) and thus can be best understood through its experiential gnosis….or perhaps through analogy : Think  game -perhaps playing snakes and ladders - you are going through the up/down -pain/joy of the ladders & snakes and yet at a deeper level there is no real angst as its only a game you have chosen -and thus inspite of the up/down experience that indeed makes up the game ( there could be no snakes & ladders w/o it surely) – it is a blissful experience!

LOVE is another name for Consciousness in its entirety. It is indeed all that makes up ‘God’/Source & Its cosmic play/multi dimensional reflection! This is why we often have no words to describe the love we feel or experience… because having got in touch with this infinite vastness…we would literally have to use every word at our disposal to express this all encompassing experience/energy! As our minds cannot encompass this entirety we begin to fragment/label   love as …’romantic’ love, ‘mother’s’ love, ‘friendship’ etc… and even have a name for the love of God: ‘divine’ love! We further delineate it as the love for him or her and the love for this and that and in all of this what we have really done is limited the entirety to one aspect of what it is. Yes, as humans, we initially need to experience this vastness through Its different aspects- others & relationships -because the entirety is too vast to consciously experience in its totality. Indeed as humans we have chosen a physical experience towards this journey!  So it is that we experience this universal energy –consciousness- Love- on the ‘outside’ through relationships. And so it is that we always link what we call love, with ‘another’. However we are only viewing on the outside what is within us! The other is only a tool/medium enabling us to tap into the entirety within! We the self are the receiver and the transmitter of this inexhaustible universal energy. Through self we receive it, not through another. We have spent many lives trying to receive love by pouring our love on the other! However, now, let’s be aware that it is self we must indeed drench with love, and not only that ‘outside’ family member, friend, lover or even God!  Then will we view it in those wondrous relationships we all seek on the ‘outside’…familial, friendship, romantic, divine! Then will it pour forth and embrace all…

LOVE: Love is not only kindness, affection, the caring, the worry or the concern for beloveds!  Love is the state of allowing, non-judgment, and acceptance. And while this is becoming more and more easy for you to accept - the qualities good or ‘not”-  of whom you call your Beloveds, you still sometimes resist their blueprints, their plans, their life’s incidences of ups and downs.  Yet, Love is truly honoring the choices that each one around you has made, however different and however difficult it might appear to you. In this therefore does love becomes the ‘still point’ within you -that then allows all movement to take place around it! Love can be best described, by ‘Om Mani Padme Hum’, which means, ‘The jewel that rests in the lotus’. The mind (jewel) which rests in Pure Being (lotus). Stillness that rests in Pure Being. Allow this to permeate you. Then you will not view the ups and downs and the conflicts of your Beloved Ones.

LOVE AND CONFLICT: Conflict only comes up when love is blocked, when love seeks itself, and at the root of every conflict is Love. It is only Love seeking to remove the blocks, its Love seeking itself, and if you can keep this in mind, every time you go through a conflict that it is Love behind it, then conflict turns to love! There can be no conflict without love!

LOVER: If there’s no God or Master outside me, then there is no ‘lover’ outside me either! As long as I’m seeking ‘a lover’, someone to love outside me- the veils are on! All of us want this one (or more) special person whether it is lover, husband, child, friend… But as long as I’m seeking love through another, I’m not love within. Does this mean we cannot experience or enjoy the love of whom we call others? With a special other? Of course we can! When you are Love itself- the lover and the loved- then are you a beloved! And be-loved means what? Be Love! When you are (being ness of) Love, it will reflect in loving relationships. But you will know you reflect self and thus will you never ‘need’ another to feel experience or view love.

LOVER: As long as we look for the lover outside ....we cannot find the beloved within; but having found the beloved within ...love and lover can reflect outside through myriad beautiful mirrors- relationships, friendships, and divine connections. Be-loved implies be love! And in that you will be loved

LOVE: Love = No self / No personal identity! Non self /Universal consciousness = Love! Love is not an emotion but a state of being devoid of the separation that i (and it’s me, mine, you & yours) brings about. As our sense of separate/individuated/ego self starts to decrease, we increasingly move into the state of being - called Love! When i (the separate self) am not - Love spontaneously is! When there is no me & you& his & mine- Love is natural state! Indeed no self = no fears, no demands, no attachments, no me, no you, no giving or taking = Love! Masters (for example Christ, Buddha, Mohammed, Mahavir etc) being beyond the personal self -established as universal consciousness- are Love Itself! This is why we feel their love so acutely – they emanate what they are!

DESIRE: The paradoxical secret of fulfillment is that abiding fulfillment lies in (the secrets of) desirelessness...!  Desirelessness is really not a state w/o desire (desiring to be desire less is a desire) but a state of not being driven by desires…and thus one is free in desire rather than free of desire! Desirelessness is really not a state w/o desire but about the surrender to the experience of what consciousness desires through a ‘you’! In this there is an automatic distancing from the results…Desirelessness is really not a state w/o desire… indeed your participation becomes an all engaging service/seva as you realize that you are only a tool towards exploring /experiencing /fulfilling  what consciousness chooses as part of its cosmic play…

DESIRE is its own mover and holds the seeker to the sought; the mover to the movement; the beginning to the end.

DESIRE sprouts on its own accord and its own time, when it is required…because indeed it is the 'voice' we have placed within to remind us of those aspects of self that we have chosen in each life to explore, experience, expand and eliminate! Thus view your desires in these terms instead of grappling with them- what are they conveying to you from beyond the veil? What soul energies are waiting to be acknowledged? What soul memories are hinting at resolution instead?

DESIRE: Evolution is inherent in mankind and indeed all physically oriented consciousness. We can feel it in the urge of spring and the fruition of summer and the change and transformation that autumns and winters bring… and most certainly we can sense it within each of us in terms of what we call desire! The desire to explore and expand self and all that reflects as self outside us -our careers, relationships and spiritual journeys! And this is what evolution is- this exploration and expansion of self- indeed the desire to be all that I am and actualize my highest potentials

DESIRE : The fulfillment of every desire is inherent in its rising from what already is

Desire w/o passion does not involve the heart; is not connected to the universal force; it arises in individuation; it is attached to its results; passion w/o desire is the very root of existence; through passion we enter or become one with the one life force beyond personal consciousness...moving beyond results...into the cosmic creative play! Passion … encompasses one's total being and opens us up to higher aspects of ourselves… to our ultimate passion… towards life & existence itself

PASSION: is the very root of existence! We accomplish things by directing, not ignoring our desires! Passion …physical, emotional or mental encompasses one’s total being and opens us up to higher aspects of ourselves… to our ultimate passion… towards life & existence itself!

LOVE/ACCEPTANCE: Non- judgment is thus an ongoing process translating into a) ACCEPTANCE (of every quality, experience event just as it is)! b) It is what becomes unconditional love – which is not a emotion for everyone but this state of pure acceptance towards everyone & everything c) Non-judgment turns to witnessing- propelling us into a state of being without labels! d) Indeed through non judgment we accept each moment without labels of good or bad & this non-resistance- is living in the now! e) Non judgment thus propels us into bliss - a state that is not ‘joy or good’ but beyond the opposites of good or bad, painful or joyous-into the neutrality of all is as it is… what vedas  describe through “neti neti”….and I call ‘it is it is’! Goodbye judgment!  Hello acceptance, love, witnessing, non resistance, living in the now-bliss indeed!

DESIRE: We feel fulfilled when someone or something fulfills a desire only because this someone or something stills the mind, and our true nature of joyfulness –beneath the static of the mind- is what we tap into! We mistakenly attribute that joy to the thing/person/activity...and become dependent on them- not realizing its got nothing to do with them...the joyful ness is within and not in the external object/person!

COMPASSION- LOVING STATE OF BEING: May you Breathe in positivity, breathe out negativity; breathe in joyfulness, breathe out pain, fear, lack & worry; breathe in surrender & acceptance, breathe out resistance; breathe in whatever you require in the now, breathe out what doesn’t serve you anymore; breathe in the equanimity of being beyond duality, breathe out duality, its judgments & ups & downs; breathe in universal consciousness & pure beingness, breathe out the individuated personal ego self! As you breathe out the personal consciousness and breathe in impersonal universal consciousness, the former states become automatic! You automatically breathe - indeed live - in positivity, joyfulness, acceptance, equanimity…of the Now…Love indeed!

As you increasingly fill with positivity, joyfulness, acceptance, equanimity, the  Now … Love as a state of being… there is an automatic  decreasing of negativity, pain& lack, resistance, old redundant patterns, duality and ego self! The less of these the more you fill with the former; the more you fill with the former the less of the latter...till you turn full circle…AND ABIDE IN…THUS BREATHE IN AND OUT …ONLY UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS-LOVE AND ITS QUALITIES…! You become a radio station emanating this to your world!

Give your breath this command/suggestion every morning, or whenever you feel you are moving away from this state; allow the subconscious’s mind to set this breathing as your spontaneous daily 24/7 pranayam!

COSMIC LOVE: Ah to the paradoxical cosmic mating dance! To the simultaneous divine yearning & divine fulfillment; fulfilled even as we yearn & yearning even in fulfillment; seeking union even whilst enjoying the foreplay; enjoying the separation in the knowing the orgasm is inherent; the Shakti in me seducing the Shiva in me; the Shiva in me stretching it that wee bit longer…Ah to the Now.

COSMIC LOVE: Greetings, today we shall speak to you on Love. When we first appeared we spoke to you on love. In every now we speak to you only on love. Love is all that we speak about, express, convey, communicate…! Yes in your terms our words may app...ear varied, we may speak this & that, we may take you round & about, but always, we speak to you, only about love.
How can we not? There exists “no- thing” nothing but love. Love is what I Am.

COSMIC LOVE: It’s actually all in reverse! 'We' desire growth, evolution, God....when God consciousness desires us to turn the corner and start returning ‘home’! Thus first God/Consciousness seeds in us the desire to set forth and explore to forget Him/Her and dive into the game. And when we as  individuations have played our roles in the cosmic play; and as unique probes each, done our bit and sent back to source a unique range of its qualities. Then does God...Consciousness seed in us the desire to return rather than set out further. Then are we drawn to the path! And as God...consciousness prepares us further towards dissolving unto Him/Her. Then does the seeking heighten and the yearnings deepen. And yet it is only when God...consciousness is ready to wrap up the game through you only when God...Consciousness desires the final merger ... mating ... union ... does it 'happen’. Till then the mating dance ...the foreplay....is what He/She desires...and we remain 'here' separate yet closely entwined in divine embrace; in surrender, in love, which has no goals.
LOVE: Love is All That Is. If love is all that is, then where can there be an ‘opposite’ in love? Love holds no opposites because opposite every facet is another facet of love itself…"

ACCEPTANCE: er encompass all that we had explored & experienced along the way-with none being wrong or right!accaThere is a subtle difference in being jaded /indifferent and in being truly all-accepting! In indifference nothing matters; in acceptance everything is... fine... embraced! So both states of being …in layman dialogue…will use the same words … "how does it/x matter"…'nothing matters" etc! But they come from two different ends of the continuum: one in pure acceptance of everything and one from rejecting everything! In acceptance the nothing matters because... everything is fine. In indifference and inertia nothing matters.... because nothing is ok!

In analogy: It’s like choosing a chocolate from a box of different centered chocolates. Acceptance is like a having box of all your favorite different flavored chocolates...and when you say it doesn’t matter which chocolate they get...its not because you are indifferent but because you truly like them all!!! Indifference is like viewing a box in which you like none of them- and when you say it doesn’t matter which chocolate -it’s because you reject all!!

GOODBYE LONELINESS, HELLO LOVE! When you see the larger picture… when you understand how it all conspires in your favor… when you real-ize it's all willfully chosen … when you accept there is no other to hurt you… when this permeates you (in any area it spills into all) when you move into this embrace…'suffering' leaves… opportunities for growth arise...  and your heart sings the oldie goldie carpenters song: . 'Goodbye loneliness and pain; hello love and joy and beauty...’

LOVE OR FEAR: There are only two basic emotions- Love or Fear. All our thoughts, feelings and actions stem from these two. We may label or feel them differently, such as gratitude, kindness, cooperation etc...or anger , hatred , resentment etc...but the root is Love or Fear! Whenever we are operating from 'fear', we will only further create that! (Even if we think we are actually deflecting or resisting it!) Fear invites more to be fearful about, due to the law of attraction. And thus the best thing to do at that point is become aware : " ah i am operating from fear...." and switch your focus to a thought, feeling or action that stems from Love. This way not only do you cut off the flow of negative/fearful energy and its further manifestations, but you attract the manifestations of positive/loving energy.More so, Love we now know is non judgment, so if you find the above difficult, merely replace your fear(judgment of some sort) with non judgment= love! Go through the gamut of what we have learnt through ''the larger picture''...how each is a godself exploring itself...etc etc etc....and non judgment happens! Love is! Your energy signatures change automatically....

PLEASURE, happiness joy and bliss are our reason to be. Pleasure is physical and based on the external; happiness is more mental and needs an external trigger to feel it within, Joy is a pervading sense of being. Indeed it can co-exist with states where everything is not what we would call 'happy' or 'perfect'! Bliss is a ‘beingness’ for which we have no words: where there is no opposite state which we would call displeasure or unhappiness or lack of joy! Indeed it is our natural state of being....and when all that stands in its way disappears....we are bliss! It knows no division, no ‘other’, no time....it is not union with Godself... it is not awareness of Godself...there is no self in bliss! Enjoy....all states dearest beloveds! Expansion is in transcending, not suppressing or short circuiting! So think... what a beautiful blueprint? Its all about pleasure, happiness, joy and bliss!

UNION: The beauty of union is in its seeking. It is Oneness that chooses to separate to unite…again and again! To discover Self… again and again!

A 'SOUL MATE' does not only imply that ‘one’ special person (who will sweep you off your feet and with whom you will live happily ever after! After all the term is not ‘sole’ mate and indeed there can be many, and not merely one significant other.

THE CHEMISTRY between two people is often the ‘enticement’ so to say - to ensure that we as humans, who do not operate from memory of soul plans, somehow seek the other out! For you have both chosen to come together towards each others deeper growth and processes of self-discovery, and this tug makes sure you team up for this vital experience in someway or the other!

SOUL MATE: At the deepest level our soul mate is Self! And this yearning that we all feel for that ‘other half’ only finds rest in finding this Self. Indeed we will never find another to complete us, but even as we integrate within, it reflects outside in loving relationships and we experience a world full of wondrous soul mates.

There are soul mates that come in simple support...usually these are our 'friends' rather than lovers or immediate family members. This is not our peculiar sense of humor as souls, but our understanding of the human game! We know that if vital learning is to be done- it will be done through essential relationships that cannot be easily distanced- and thus make those our most fundamental learning props! Yet we keep supportive soul mates around as soul food to enliven the cruise!! We give ourselves everything we need to enable self growth- tutors, tests, and adequate break times

LOVE : You are receiver & transmitter of this energy you call love; it is through self that you receive it, not through another. You only perceive it through another.

LOVE: Simply put: we are ‘love’, and Its ‘will’ to ‘creatively’ be it!

LOVE: When you feel within the love that you are, when you touch within the will that is yours, when the creative intelligence that you are swells out from deep within, how and where will you ever feel unloved? Powerless? Unworthy?

LOVE: Whenever humanity needs to refer to something beyond all that is known…when they want to experience ‘That’ inexplicable…when they want to express the depth and vastness and highest and finest ...they use the word love! Indeed, only because humans only come close to experiencing Love (Consciousness/God/All That Is) thru love (the emotions and relationships)-have the two words become synonymous. Love the feeling/relationship is   only the carrot /trigger for mankind to move towards Love as consciousness…!

RELATIONSHIP/LOVE: Your relationship with self is your primary relationship and very vital to how you will experience life. If you are self critical, you will find others to criticize you! If you feel insignificant, you will experience that in your relationships. Indeed the more you accept self the more you let others off the hook! In self-recrimination do you impose negative judgments on others. Take a deep appreciative look inside! And watch as the world falls in love with you.

SELF-LOVE is simply acceptance of self in all its nuances. It is not turning a blind eye to perceived areas of growth, or parts you wish to enhance or disempower- but the attitude you view these with! If you render them ugly, dislike parts or allow guilt to creep in - you move from self-acceptance to blame and judgment. Instead know deep in your heart how utterly unique a being you are and how valiant an expedition you have chosen towards exploration of this self, and in this positive awareness, sure you can choose to incorporate change and extend current self.

SELF LOVE: To the many who ask me “How do we love self”? And to those who volunteer “Well we think we love self…do we”? My response is always the same: “How comfortable are you with self? Truly”? How do you fall in love with self? Exactly the way you feel for another in the first flush of love: a headlong acceptance of self. Viewing your different facets, as the different colors of a diamond- none good or bad, right or wrong!

BHAKTI –True bhakti is love for self, others, life and god….! It is living in love with All ThaT is!

SERVICE is when you are being served through your service…or it shifts subtly to duty, responsibility or the granting favors. This also brings up the point that to receive true service you must serve your servers!

SERVICE/SEVA (self less action) enables one to move from ego self and thus is one of the practices most ashrams/gurus/ religions include while you are on the path! At some point, as we move from self to Self…we move from the practice of seva to living in seva!

SERVICE: Our most authentic seva-service-contribution is our state of consciousness! As we 'expand' our consciousness it reflects back as a 'better' world & its people... & institutions! Indeed through an expanded consciousness we serve at a tripartite level: our personal realties (friend’s family etc), our environments (Government, education, aw & order etc that we otherwise always seem to decry) & the world at large! More so ....through an expanding consciousness, we are in 24/7 'spiritual service' … wherever we may be…through whatever jobs we may hold…through whatever our day to day lives may comprise of. This is being a ‘light worker’… when our 'light' works of its own accord…

DON’T WORRY BE HAPPY: Humanity has seemingly gone past the hundredth human humming “Don’t worry, Be happy”! So look for your own personal symptoms of an expanding consciousness!  Do you find a lack of interest in conflict? Do you find yourself unable to judge and condemn quite as much?   Has brooding given way to looking ahead at possibilities instead? Are you having sudden feelings of connectedness – with more than your lover, child or dog? Are you smiling a whole lot more? Just somehow feeling everything will be fine? Don’t think you have gone cuckoo! It’s the new consciousness and even as you tap into it, will it become more tangibly yours!

SEX - Indeed the Adam Eve story is not a fall from grace into sin- its consciousness willfully descending /making its frequencies dense/ indeed choosing to seemingly  forget and separate to play the game of coming back together again! Thus consciousness goes one step further and becomes male-female-man woman! That’s why sex comes from the word sectus- to cut- as  we the whole united yin-yang self …cut into two …and thus need sex to feel whole again while in the game of separation! Once we become whole within us sex can be sublimated…! Indeed in every orgasm the separated self/wave dissolves and we touch/experience our true nature that we call the orgasm!!! Sex was defiled in ancient days by priests and pundits who did not want man/wave to touch his whole self/ocean w/o them

Imho this is the symbolism in the Adam and Eve story. Eve who tempts Adam is shakti/the movement within consciousness… choosing a deeper exploration of Self ! The apple she offers Adam/Shiva/awareness’s aspect of consciousness- is a symbol of the material plane (when u cut an apple it has a five pointed star like pattern in it) and the 5 pointed star represents the higher material plane- through which consciousness chooses to experience revel and be more than it already is as all that is!!! The poor maligned serpent did not tempt anyone-indeed it is that aspect of consciousness (all are aspects of the one/same consciousness: Adam/Eve /serpent- or Shakti/Shiva/material experience) that offered to remain intact each of us/wave/ while we played the game of separation, promising to rise within us as we moved back into awareness! And thus that’s the rising kundalini!!

SEX -Enlightenment is a process made up of finely graded stages, with no stage completely distinct other than in academic appraisal- for in real life they overlap each other!   Like an orgasm, each tiny realization builds upon itself and becomes a tiny shift from personal consciousness into universal consciousness; and just like in the orgasm, ultimately there is no ‘you’ left-  in enlightenment does the personal self dissolve into……! A word of caution: if your entire focus while making love is on your hair not being washed, your children not having done their home work-  on your personal consciousness - we all know the orgasm doesn’t happen! So use this as a clue and begin the move from personal consciousness into the larger! And yet paradoxically, if your entire focus is on the orgasm- as to when will it happen, how will it happen, will it happen - we all know- it doesn’t! So use this as a clue, and forget about enlightenment, enjoy the moments you call life like you would revel in making love, and enlightenment will happen! Consciousness will revel!

THE SEXUAL ACT - when deeply understood is symbolic of Creation Itself- the cosmic mating- Shiva Shakti – Awareness Beingness…indeed existence itself is one long mating dance. Many still have this subconscious belief somewhere that sex is bad or less than being spiritual but sexuality and spirituality need not be two mutually exclusive states! It is not mandatory for enlightenment as some tantriks claim and neither is it less than... it just depends on your path!

COSMIC LOVE MAKING: We are the cosmic orgasm... in all its stages...the foreplay, the peaking, the beautiful aftermath....simultaneously; we the relationship with sole mates...in all its stages... the falling in love, the dating, the getting to know each other, the becoming comfortable, the marriage , the serenading... simultaneously!

UNDERSTANDING LOVE-SEXUAL ENERGY THROUGH THE OM –CREATION SPEAKS: Ah Love! So this is what I feel for Self! Even as Spirit I did not experience this expansion- this force- this subtlety- this… Love... so tangibly! Am I glad I separated to experience this Love! It is only in vairagya... separation that I become aware of /Know... My state of union! OM Aom. Ahhh oooo mmmm.

Ooo :   (The  constant serenading merging blending with my seemingly separated self...) Mmm : The cosmic orgasm... (Resting in this love/beingness)

Aaaa = Awareness = I = Shiva (The supreme masculine) becoming (in linear terms) aware of All 'That' he Is as 'Void'(The supreme Feminine)

Oooo= Void coming alive/seeing Itself… as prakriti …creation in Shiva ’s eyes (in the medium of awareness)

AaaOooo =  The ‘love’ … attraction’ that transpires between Consciousness’s ‘two’…aspects!!

Mmmm = The fulfillment- orgasm- awarness resting back unto unawareness…only to rise again and again as AAAOOOOMMMM OM
