Don’t try and label it…don’t try and define it… but become aware of it… you can call it stillness... Aah… you can call it expansion… Aah… now it has fully set in… actually the whole point of what we do is just this… to touch THIS… to experience THIS…

 Whatever this is to you… what ever it means to you… jus become aware of it… you can call it THAT… you can call it God… you can call it Consciousness… you can call it peace…

 Close your eyes… just experience this stillness that is so present in the room… don’t define… don’t label… jut lightly become aware of it… how good it feels… know that this is what you are 24x7… underneath the static of your day to day mind… and understand that reaching here consciously on a 24x7 is what the meditations are all about…

 So just be in homage… to that which you already experienced… that stillness… that expansion… call it Higher self… call it God… call it your Guru… call it The Universe… be in homage to this… know that it is with you 24x7… and when you… the current mind rests… this is your state of being… so yes… let’s all of us… be homage to… yearn for …. desire to be one with THAT… call it God… call it Guru… call it the Universe… call it your higher self… because this is the current energy of the Universe… all of humanity is in a state of yearning… desiring… seeking… wanting THAT…

Use this beautiful song… to fill with the yearning… that what you experienced for the moment before we began the meditation … you can experience moment to moment … use this music to yearn for whom you call God… or Guru… or Universe… for that state of love… and joy… and abundance … because the current universal energy signature is humanity yearning to see their higher self… to be their higher self... to know their higher self…

Let this pervade you… feel this is you singing… how you really want to see… and be… and know… and touch… your higher self… your God…your Guru… the Universe… that stillness…

Let your energy field be in a state of yearning… desiring… wanting… because as all of humanity maintains this…we… consciousness cannot help but show ourselves to you… clearer… easier… moment to moment… we will appear as Gods… we will appear as Gurus… we will appear as love .. .we will appear as abundance… we will appear just as that stillness… but you must yearn for it…it must be your only focus… your only desire…to see your Lord… whether its is your higher self… your Guru… your God…the Universe… whether it is that stillness that you experienced…

Yes…let this run through your energy fields…let it soak your subconscious mind…let every atom…every molecule...every cell in your body be singing this…

This is the most important part of today’s session…so let it fill you…pervade you… every atom…every molecule… singing this as you join humanity…See humanity as a large circle…arm in arm…hand in hand…circling…singing this…looking up…and look at consciousness… seduced by you… beckoned by you… in love… descending as light… as love… as joy… as abundance… as success… or what ever it is you seek… as THAT…or as THIS… and understand that the current energy signature is of this yearning because you are close to some finale… it is not the yearning of lack…it is not the yearning from sorrow… of not having… of not seeing… it is the yearning which comes when you see what you want so close at hand… when you are close to the finale… it is the yearning of a foreplay which knows orgasm is round the corner… it is the yearning to eat that piece of  chocolate when you see it on the table… it is a yearning to dive into that pool of clear water when you see it in front of you…its there… and therefore… yes beloveds… it is yearning… divine yearning and divine fulfillment simultaneously… fulfilled even as you yearn… yearn even as you are fulfilled… seeking in union even while you enjoy the cosmic foreplay… seeking and yet it rests... yearning and yet fulfilled… the Shakti in you seducing the Shiva in you… and the Shiva in you saying wait a little longer… and so be in this state of cosmic yearning… allow your energy field to be one with the cosmic play… which is a state of constant yearning… desiring… seeking… exploring… discovering… and yet simultaneously fulfillment… rest…

And therefore even as you are yearning… you already know that you are fulfilled… even as you are seeking you know all the answers are there… even as you are striving you know the goal is accomplished… even as humanity is dancing and emanating this prayer… this song…consciousness is already descending… it is all around you… its blending with you… its mating with you… and you don’t know whether yearning or you are fulfilled… because both… both… both are simultaneously present…Let your energy field…every atom… be in a state of pure dance… see them all swirling…. twirling… dancing… yearning… and yet fulfilled… seeking… discovering… exploring… and yet at rest…striving and yet already at the goal… how wonderful… and in this the yearning becomes even stronger… it builds up even more… and all that you are now emanating are the words of this song…

You don’t know which is better the yearning or the fulfillment…the seeking or the union… you are almost heady… you are almost drunk with this yearning… come beloveds… join humanity… raise the bar of the energy signature that humanity is emanating… unknown to so many… each one is actually in this…

And even as this is happening… see from your root chakra… past all your chakras... going past the third eye… out of your crown chakra… a column of pure light… it can be gold… it can be silver… it can be multi colored… it can be crystal… but there is a column of pure light… like a Shiva ling going up your chakric  system… past your crown chakra… and up… up… up…up… up into the sky… and right at the top is a glow… a beautiful glow…  that is the glow of THAT which you experienced… the glow of love… the glow of joy… the glow of rest… the glow of fulfillment… the glow of God… or Universe… or energy… call it what you may… and therefore wherever you are sitting… there is no you… no physical you now… there is only this column of pure light… your entire energy field seen in simultaneous terms… the top is… that is what you are seeking for… that is what you are yearning for…and it is already there…it is already part of you… and the entire column towards it are different points of your journey… points where you are seeking… points where you are yearning… points  where you are discovering and exploring… and yet always… always… always beloveds…is the top… the fulfillment… the union… the rest… the merger… THAT…stillness which you experienced… life after life… life after life… you are at different points of this column… but in this life… today… in the now… you are being shown… that what you are seeking… what you are yearning…   what you are moving towards… what you are desiring… what you are yearning… exploring is already there… as your energy field…

So keep your focus now on the top of that pillar… on the top…Keep your focus on where you want to go… because it is already there… and the minute you become aware… it is already there… you are going to feel it more and more in your day… so yes… part of you is going to be seeking… part of you is going to be yearning… part of you is going to be discovering… part of you is going to be exploring… and yet move up… take your focus to the top… to that light… to the fulfillment which is already present…

Keep your focus on the top of that column of light… all that you were seeking and yearning…and asking for… the merger… the union… it is already part of you… beloveds… it is already part of you…So rest a while at the top… allow this energy of fulfillment… or rest… of surrender… of relaxing… of all is exactly as it should be to permeate you… see the column of light going up your chakric system… up into the skies… right on top is this glow which you cannot describe… the glow you seek… the glow you desire… the glow you yearn for… individually and as humanity… and yet today you are being shown that that glow… that place you seek to reach… you have already reached… its already a part of your energy fields… so keep your focus only on the top…on that glow… on the merger… the union… the after orgasm… the rest… the stillness…let this fill you… let this permeate you…

Let it go past your conscious mind into your subconscious mind… let it enter every atom… every molecule… every cell of your body… let it rest in this… nowhere to go… nothing more to do… everything is as it should be… the union… the merger… THAT which you are seeking… let this awash your energy fields… let it fill what you call your crown chakra area…your brain… let it soak your pineal gland… at the third eye… let it soak your pituitary… in the center  of your head… between the third eye and the back of your head… and let it soak your medulla… the back of your head from where a pony tail would come out…let all these three important points within your energy field be soaked with this pure gold energy of the top...of where humanity seeks to go…the Lord that you were yearning for…the higher self…the soul…the Universe…the rest…the abundance…the love…the joy…the stillness…

See the pineal gland soaked… and rested  and twirling in this…see the medulla…the back of your head soaked and resting in this…see the pituitary in between both…completely soaked with this…as these three important entry points into you are soaked more and more consciously into this…this energy signature remains with you 24x7more and more consciously… soak in this…and yet know that your energy field is that entire column…so even while you are rested… and fulfilled… and still… there are parts of you yearning…desiring…seeking…exploring…seek not to be in one or the other because it is not possible… beloveds…the energy of the cosmic play… of existence itself…is simultaneously enjoying…and experiencing and encompassing both… the yearning… the seeking…  and the fulfillment… and the merger… so now become aware of  that entire column… once again… not only the top… and travel up and down… travel up and down it… bring your focus down… yearn… yearn for your higher self… yearn for that stillness… yearn for being consciousness… yearn for your God…your Guru…

And this will be stronger now…because you have touched the fulfillment...you have touched the rest… you have touched the stillness… this doesn’t become weaker… it become stronger… the urge becomes more… and that is why humanity is emanating this signature… because they are touching the stillness… touching the fulfillment… touching the merger… they are experiencing it in their dream state… they are experiencing it moment to moment… when you don’t know…and sometimes when you know… and therefore this urge makes you become stronger…

So travel up and down that column of light…know it is you…you usually see it in linear terms… you usually see it as either here or there… but you are always …always the entire column…part of you will always be seeking and desiring and exploring…and part of you will always be full…none is better than the other…remember the only fulfilled stage does not exist…it would become entrophied…it would become  stagnation…so even when you are wholly fulfilled… the reason you can remain wholly fulfilled is because parts of you are still seeking and desiring and yearning and part of the cosmic play…

So once again… focus on the wanting to know you… to be you… the yearning… the seeking… for God…for Guru… for Universe… for love… for stillness… for consciousness… for that… for this… once again see yourself as humanity in a large circle… arm to arm… heads up… all seeking… all desiring…all singing…

And even as you are singing this and yearning… now as you look up… you only see that top part of your own energy field…no God descending…no consciousness descending…but that aspect of yourself that you always already are… and as you look at that… once again… you move into the rest… that is always there…

Simultaneously both… and because of the yearning… and the seeking… and the enjoying… you can better appreciate the fulfilled stage…

Once again you are focused on the top…fulfilled…at rest…merger…union…all the words you have used…no Lord to merge with… no Lord to see… no Lord to be…

Once again… stay in this place… focus on the top of the column of light that you are…all is as it should be… love… joy… peace… stillness…and let that glow shine on top of your column… and permeate down the column… so that the entire column… even while it is seeking… and exploring… and singing… Oh! My Sweet sweet Lord… it is simultaneously awashed with the rest… and the fulfillment… so the yearning…the desiring… the exploring… your journey… individually and as humanity… and yet fulfilled… at rest… all is as it should be… and this time you will allow both energies to soak your pineal gland…at your third eye… the medulla…at the back of your head where you wear a pony tail… and the pituitary…in the middle of your head …between these two…so that you are comfortable with both aspects of existence…many of you are thinking…and seeking…when I will merge? When I will be one with God? There will be no yearning…no seeking…nothing to do…for that is not true…beloveds…and in this knowing will you better explore and enjoy the journey…even while you rest in the merger and union…allow both these energies to soak your pineal…your medulla…and your pituitary…experience the wonder of yearning…the joy of desiring…the charm of exploration and discovery…when part of you already knows that what you are yearning for and seeking is already part of you…

Allow this now to come into each of your chakras…so see your root chakra…blending with this yearning…this seeking…the discovery…the journey…the excitement…your individual and of humanity…see this as silver…and yet at the centre of your silver root chakra is a gold… Om Mani Padme Hum…the union…the rest…the all is as it should be…

Now move up to your second chakra…the sacral…two fingers below your naval…fill it with the silver…of the flute…of the yearning…of the desiring... the discovery…the exploration… your individual and as humanity…seek not to cut it short…and yet at the centre of the chakra…see a gold seed of the Om Mani Padme Hum… the fulfillment…the rest… the all is as it should be…

And at your solar plexus chakra…the silver of desiring…of wanting…of seeking…of Oh! My Sweet sweet Lord…and yet the seeking and the discovery is happening out of complete rest…out of complete fulfillment…and therefore see the golden seed in the middle of that chakra…

And now move up to your heart chakra…once again…the love…the desire to merge…to be in union…I really want to see you…My Lord…I really want to be…and yet this love is felt even more in the knowing…that the merger has already happened…the union is already there…in that paradoxically both states are highlightened…the yearning…the discovery…the journey…the seeking… and the rest… and the fulfillment…and the stillness…

So move up to your throat chakra…once again the silver…the seeking…the expressing…that part of the journey…that part of the whole that you have chosen to be and experience…and explore…and express…and yet in the centre a golden seed…that whatever you are experiencing and exploring…and expressing is from this golden seed…

And therefore move up to your third eye…silver and gold…the yearning and the fulfillment…the seeking and the rest…the discovery and the nothing to discover…the journey and the knowing that there is nowhere to go…the wanting to become and the knowing that there is nothing to become…and yet you cannot cut out the yearning…the wanting…the desiring …that is bhakti…beloveds…that is bhakti…and your Universe…your Earth…your planet…humanity has moved into the energy signature of this bhakti now…it is moving away from the intellectual understanding…the gyan somewhere…somewhere…each one knows in their own way…that all is perfect as it should be…the merger has happened…the union is my natural state of being…and in that this bhakti…the love…of separation becomes even more acute…

And move up to your crown chakra…and let this silver and gold flow out… and flow out… and flow out…and pour all over you…pool at your feet…and permeate you…every atom… every molecule…every cell…every aspect of your being…you are in a state that is called the cosmic orgasm…or the cosmic foreplay…where one part of you is going to be doing your journey…the seeking …the desiring…the exploring…the yearning…and one part of you is going to rest…fulfilled…knowing that what is already is…

In this once again tune into that place where humanity was circling and dancing…all of you who have sat down now…each one of you…have just become that column of light…so where you saw all of humanity…there are only this columns of light…from top to bottom…and from bottom to top…and different people are at different places in this column…in their own columns…see this experience…all of humanity is this beautiful column of light…some are in the beginning…some are in the end…some are exploring…and if you think you are one of those who has finished…and is on the top…there is no top to be in …beloveds…because the top cannot exist…until you are simultaneously exploring…and desiring…and yearning…

See yourself as that column of light…once again…and don’t think…just enjoy your every now…just be…because deep within you… you are at complete rest…in complete fulfillment…and yet would that rest and fulfillment do? If it wants exploring itself deeper… and finer…and more?

The yearning is there but at the background…and the fulfillment is taking over…and in the fulfillment the yearning becomes sweeter…Oh! So sweet! Oh! So sweet! Oh! So sweet! Let this go up and down your spine…so that you are physically planted in this energy…let it fill up your head till you can think of nothing…and just sit in this in silence…for a few moments…resist not the yearning…you only join humanity in yearning from fulfillment…in front of each one of you is a presence…a guide…a God…a Guru…a light…and even as you become aware of it…it merges with you… it merges with you…and now you are that Guru…that God…that light…you are glowing…fulfilled even in your yearning…yearning even as you are fulfilled…
