RAISING OUR ENERGIES-24.07.05

I am in light link and am asked not to further the connection, but speak in this Divyaa consciousness (to sohrab: which I am a little uncomfortable with and I need your support).

I am being asked to take us through a meditative exercise, where we shall balance and align, the masculine and feminine principles within us, and in that raise our creative force, individually and of the group; and so that we may feel more palpably, what is spoken about here, week after week.

The cosmic creative force is all around to help enable us do this within us. I am being asked to remind you, that meditative exercises, like other techniques and the words we bank on, are merely tools, to be used in this awareness. I am receiving an analogy of the weights we use, in the gym. Just like they are used and used for one purpose only: to enhance, strengthen, reinforce, the inner, unseen, pervading muscle –power, within us- these meditative exercises, must be used to enhance, strengthen, fortify, the inner unseen, pervading, creative force- the true muscle power within us. And just as, after you have used your weights, and your body reflects it outside, through these meditative tools, it will reflect in your day-to-day living and actions and right living that Patanjali spoke to us about. Outside the gym, outside these meetings, outside meditation, outside all so called spiritual platforms.

I am being asked that you all should center yourselves- direct your attention within, shut your eyes, as it helps. I will guide you through a process of centering…

To begin with, you may chant a few silent “Oms” or visualize a beloved Master, God or Goddess. As you begin to do this, become aware, consciously, of the physical current self, which does this- the expereincer. And become aware of the chant or the image- that which is experienced. And now become aware of the experience of love or peace or joy that you feel through the chant or image…

And now I will ask you to step, one step deeper and become aware of that inner silent witness, within you who can see all these three states, from the still vantage point of being outside them…Only by being outside, the expereincer, the experienced and the experience can this witness view them all. And the moment you become aware of this witness, its stillness will be a part of you.

And now we shall go one step further, and become aware of the medium, the backdrop, the consciousness, in which all this is, in our terms, happening. Do not try to name , label or determine it, just become aware of the stillness In which All Is. And in that we will have found our centering.

I am being asked to explain, that centering is not being in alpha states of consciousness. Centering is being still and fully alert in whichever state of consciousness you choose to work in. So you can be centered in your day-to-day activities, or you can of course be centered for meditative exercises, like the one we will do now.

MEDITIATION:

Come now-become aware of your breath. Just observe and you will notice your inhalation or exhalation, though what you will think is your nostrils, but what I am getting is, that this physical breath, is a tangible counterpart of this creative force, prana or chi once its inside the body, and which actually permeates the four body system, through the medulla, which is somewhere at the back of , what we would call the head.

Become aware, that energy follows awareness. Wherever you place your awareness you will feel ‘energy’.

Once this creative force enters through the medulla, it goes through the brain and a series of processes- which we need not be concerned with today. Just follow it going down, your spinal central back canal, reaching the root chakra. Feel it palpably at the root chakra. Those who visualize or need an image, see a gold and silver coil of energy.

Balance, align, and activate the root chakra, the very being-ness of your physicality. Feel the joy associated with the root chakra; the joy of being a physical chalice or channel for this creative force; to create its splendor on the tangible material realm. The physical 3-D does not have to be moved away from, but enjoyed and expanded into the higher realms. We will not be able to, in our terms, leave 3-D, by being wanting to ‘get out of it’, but by being wholly fulfilled by what we create here.

At this chakra, you may visualize something that you would like to create through your creative force, in the tangible world. Do not be concerned how it will happen, when it will happen, only know it will be grounded.

Now we will raise this coil, these energies, the creative force. You must now determine within the creative force, the two distinct aspects, and the silver, lunar, female on the left of the root chakra and the golden, male, solar on the right. For those who are comfortable with the imagery: may view it as a two headed serpent. For those who are uncomfortable, you may view it as the unraveling of two coils. Now remember, energy follows intent. So once you make the intent to raise the energies, as per the instructions we receive, it will happen. Do not get distracted whether it is happening, whether it is happening right or not. Energy follows intent.

Raise this force, the coil, the serpents, the silver along the left and the gold along the right, to reach the second sacred charka, and they criss-cross to the other side, silver right- gold left. Energy follows intent. Do not be concerned whether they are in the right positions.

The mingling, balancing and aligning of the feminine and the masculine is occurring. Feel it palpably at your sacral chakra. Make intent to balance, align, activate the sacral chakra for whatever it means to you, or for growth, vitality, health and beauty. Yes, also to resolve, not dissolve, all fears that we often retain here.

What I am getting, is that this is an important step. The creative force is neutral, without judgment. It works with equal intensity on our aims and aspirations and our fears and doubts .So if we resolve fears, this creative force ‘automatically’, in our terms, aligns with our aspirations and aims.Again I am getting an analogy, of a master craftsman, somebody working with wood, who follows the natural gain and wood he works with, and so easily creates a masterpiece; as different from that person, who does not follow the natural flow, and finds its splintering and difficult to handle. That is why, if we resolve our fears within, we do not need to see them outside, and your creative force will work wholly aligned with your aims and aspirations.

When we are ready, we shall again raise it, from the sacral to the solar plexus. The silver is going up the right and gold is going up the left., but they will again criss-cross at the solar plexus and now back to silver left, gold right Energy follows intent. Do not be distracted, whether they are in the right positions.

Pause, feel palpably, balance, align the masculine and feminine, and activate the solar plexus chakra, to feel the empowerment of the “I” that you are; the “I” through eternity. Align with the “I” that pervades All That Is. Align with past, future, probable “I’s.” And of course with the current “I” as you are now, the meeting point of all “I’s” within you. You will feel an empowerment of self, at this chakra. It is especially beneficial for those who have issues with powerless or power, which are flip sides of the same issue. Once you feel the empowerment, within this current “I”, both powerlessness and power will start to dissipate.

Now again, we shall raise, the energy coils, up to the heart chakra, where again they criss-cross to the opposite sides from where they started: silver right- gold left. Pause, feel palpably. Feel the mingling of the masculine and the feminine, activate the heart chakra, so you may Be the force of Love. Not the emotion, but the force of Love. May you know the force of Love.

What I am getting is, that it will now be emanating through the heart chakra for most of you. You must not direct it to a chosen few, and allow it to go where its going. I am a getting an image or words, of GAIA, who is palpably present and says, that we may emanate it through her-GAIA- and ‘she’ will spread it through her chakra’s, to wherever it is required. She is showing me a beautiful image of this force of love created by this group of love, mingling with her skin: the trees, the flowers. With her emotions: her waters of the seas and rivers, which you drink. With her thoughts: her breeze. Through her spirit: of the flames that are lit in every altar of the world. Through ether. Become palpably conscious of this force of love.

Now again, we shall raise these energies serpents, coils, to go up the back, reach the throat chakra, and cross over. You must feel them palpably and silver will be back on the left, gold-right. Balance align and activate your throat chakra, that you may blossom, like the fragrance of a rose, and be that unique expression of all that is, that you have chosen to be. am being asked to clarify, that ‘expression’ is not only through words and creative abilities, but through your very person, who you are.

When we are ready, we shall again raise the serpent’s, energies, but now you must become aware, that they will go up as a combined coil or serpent or force. The gold and silver will be contained within the other, this is for several reasons, for which I am not being answered why, but also because the aperture here is narrower, and they will go up as a combined force to your third eye. And here at the 3rd eye chakra you may now visualize them facing each other. Gold and silver contained in each other, facing each other. Those who have coils, may see them merging. Those who have viewed serpents can see them mating or consummating. Understand that a very potent, creative force is being raised within. Those who are uncomfortable may open their eyes, but all of you are ready to do it.

Seek to balance, align activate the third eye chakra, to take you beyond time and space, to be in the Now; not merely to activate for psychic abilities, but so that beyond time and space you may view, all that is required by you in the Now. You may view your strengths, your weaknesses, your issues, in the Now. And this combined masculine and feminine force is going to help you deal with the issues and enhance your strengths.

Some of you will feel activation in the crown chakra. You must enjoy it, without trying to determine what is happening. Some of you will feel an implosion within, and an explosion around, of gold, silver and other colors around you. Enjoy it, in the stillness. Be still and yet enjoy.

Now you may all join hands-on both left and right sides-and allow this creative circuit to go through the group and make intent that it flourishes and grows- for the group of love is another creative force of its own. Yes. After you have done that, you may use it for whatever visualization you have placed in your root chakra, for personal satisfaction or fulfillment. You may sit for a few moments with your eyes shut, in stillness yet bliss.

I am being asked to tell you that you should not do this on your own, more than once in three weeks.

I am also receiving a clarification, for somebody or some of us, who might have asked, what about those who will put a bad intent, to be created by this creative force. The answer I am getting is that, what works is the intent. So if you desire to create something you call negative, then it is out of fear or lack. And that is what you are adding the creative force to and that is why it ‘rebounds’ to you. That is why, what is called black magic rebounds, because it is your fear or your lack, which wants you to create something which you call negative, which you add such a strong creative force to and draw instead to self!
