TAPPING INTO THE UNIVERSAL METABOLISM FOR AN ENHANCED METABOLIC
RATE! AN OFFBEAT INSPIRED GROUP GATHERING
Hello most of you are regular
meditators here- so a quick recap for new comers: go beyond the words-allow
something to be received and felt at subtle energy levels; it’s really not
about the words but where the words arise from and where they take you. So yes today’s meditation is about aligning
or tapping into the perfection of the universal metabolic rate- so don’t define
this-just be open to whatever it means for you-spiritually, mentally,
emotionally and of course physically. Be open to receiving through the
power of symbols- for symbols convey… or transfer into you… what it would
otherwise take thousands of words to work! The understanding part you can do
later through the transcript if you need! Just a small background- I have been
receiving ‘stuff’ on the universal metabolic rate for some time – in my dream
and waking states…I have been using it and experiencing its subtle yet potent
wonders…and yet know- it is no magic- but a beautiful tool…a gift from the
universe…a process enabling each of us in deeper ways to come into harmony with
Self.
So… simply put there is THE UNIVERSE and ‘YOU’ THE UNIVERSE; and
everything that exists…everything… is only the relationship between these two
points of focus. These are not two separate parts… but two points of focus only…because
actually there is only THE UNIVERSE-lets call this I THE UNIVERSE…extending
forth to explore experience itself as YOU THE UNIVERSE! So every time ‘you’ the seemingly separated
universe need to get into sync with self … all you need to do is to align with I
THE UNIVERSE and its perfection; with that which is perfect for you in THE NOW.
Because this ‘works’ only in the Now. In linear times it taps into when ‘you
the universe’ and ‘I the universe’ ‘were’ one- that nano second; in
simultaneous time of course this implies every ‘Now’. If we could all truly
live in the now, we would all be in complete sync with the universe we are –and
its perfect working-the perfection of its metabolic rate!

OM MUSIC IS PLAYED: Come beloveds raise your energies… most of you
know how… so use a symbol or mantra or simply tap into That…That presence so
palpably present within and around you…. What you may call the ‘feel good
factor’…or love or stillness or expansion…all words pointing to That which
cannot be described; so tap into That…feel That… as This… in the now! Also know
that the process of entrainment aids you- so as I tap into the highest deepest
energies I can- so do the three sitting in the mini circle around me- and as
this presence thereby builds up- magnifies-moves from an abstract That to a
tangible This…each of you like tuning forks a tuning into it…all you need to do
is be aware of ‘This’…give it the life force of your attention-seek not to
describe or label it…
Now feel a glow…way above you; feel its presence as you would the sun
shining; feel it’s light pouring down… feel it coming closer… the glow…and
the light …the sensation becoming more tangible as it does…for its closer and
closer; and you become aware… it is the symbol OM… swirling twirling…somewhere
above you; and the symbol OM swirls so fast that you lose sight of the symbol
and see it only as pure vibration and even as that happens …vibrations from it
scatter around you…pour into you... you can see this as tiny Om’s if you
like…millions of them of different sizes and colors-the different aspect of the
OM- that you need in the now raining unto you, permeating you; and as you fill with them and become one
with…. you are now pure vibration… symbolically you cans see yourself as a beautiful large Om swirling twirling where
you seemingly sit…
And you morph out of your physical body into your etheric body glow and
from that into your emotional body glow and from that into your mental body
glow -each body a glow bursting into its next…till you are concentric circles
of pure glow… pure sound and light…stillness and motion…pure pulsation…

in the mirror or life force of awareness- Shiva’s eyes! So come beloveds see this, be this… the splendor of perfection coming alive as Shakti; be Shiva seeing his dynamic
splendor…abundance, wisdom, beauty creativity come alive …
Hold this glance for a moment as
you ‘Shakti’ come alive and see your glory in ‘Shiva’s’ eyes and burst into a
spontaneous Ahhh ooo mmm! Hold this
glance for a moment… as you ‘Shiva’ see your dynamic Shakti …your splendor
beauty abundance… perfection indeed and burst into a spontaneous Ahhh ooo mmm! Feel
the love… of this awareness of all that you are…and know that’s what this
primordial ahhh ooo mmm- yes OM -really is. The ah …that arises from awareness of
all that you are… the oooh of pleasure… the mmmm of resting in that perfection!

Once again see yourself coming
into being as the universe… see
yourself as Shakti coming alive in Shiva’s eyes; see your self as Shiva
becoming aware of your dynamism…hold the glance between Shiva and Shakti
aspects … the love …the thankfulness… the beingness… the awareness…and rest in
this. Indeed, if you have experienced
this nano second… its perfection… its love…its momentum (Shakti)… its stillness
(Shiva- awareness) …then the ‘meditation’ is already done; you
already tapped into the perfection of the universal metabolic rate- now we will
only go into it deeper for your conscious and subconscious minds to soak it in…

is a nano second… or existence itself; it is that much spoken about ‘Now’–out
of ‘time’; one cant ever catch the Now in day to day life as it becomes the
past or remains the next future moment- one can only live it; so tap into it consciously…
once again… in that glance…in that coming alive… in the spontaneous wonder of ahhh ooo mmm; know this takes you out of
linear time into ‘simultaneous time’- the eternal now- and its perfect synchronicity…its
perfect metabolic rate…
View it in terms of sound and light;
many of you know the story of creation coming into being when God said ‘let there be light’ and the burst of light -call
it the big bang symbolically- happened ; now know that the words ‘let there
be light’ are symbolic of ‘sound’…of vibration…of momentum as shakti quivered
into coming alive; it was the pure vibration of pure beingness; the primordial movement,
tinkling bells her on her toes…of Shakti dancing in her glory. And light- the
big bang- is symbolic of the awareness… the light…the mirror… the still medium…
of Shiva in which Shakti saw her bounteous being; together the ‘big bang’…
Thus now… know…feel…experience that existence-
the now-or time & space itself- existence itself- all the era’s and yuga’s
are simply an homage to beautiful, wondrous, perfect self ; thus now… know… feel… experience how every
nuance …every step…is perfect… because all that comes from- and leads to-
perfection… is perfect in deeper ways ! Be here a while… in homage to Self… and
all…and
the perfection of this to enter your metabolism…
Come beloveds in this glance… see universes, planets, stars, galaxies… dimensions…
time and space… earth plane, nature, stone plant, animal, man …spiraling out
from you; yes beloveds experience this glorious beingness as you burst into
every flower, every crystal, every color, every musical note; every angel…every
god…; everything fitting into everything
… and thus a highly honed metabolic rate; every
seeming ‘down’- a step higher- cyclic in nature- only going forward to
higher and higher octaves of beingness; all
that needs to be eliminated-dissolving…but into transmutation of a higher order
… every removal an inbuilt gift of new .
opportunity …growth… life…abundance, beauty, wisdom…creativity…; Coincidences not … but fitting like pieces
of a puzzle need must fit… it is inherent beloveds it is inherent…; You will see this in linear terms but know
somewhere it’s all simultaneous- everything affects everything… in perfect
synchronicity … what you call cause and effect… but what cause and what
effect … only the perfection of the universe being all that is… you are! Thus
come move from any resistance into its flow and align with this synchronistic
working of the universe…

momentum… in linear terms the universe birthing…is paradoxically the energy
known symbolically as OM SHANTI! Yes! Shanti
is not cessation of activity; peace is not the stationery stillness you link it

appearing still like a fan; peace is …perfection at play; peace is being safe
at home yes but yet having an adventure; peace is being in your seat yes, but
enjoying the drama;
See, feel, hear, smell ,tap into this- for it is symbolically the
perfect metabolic rate of the universe; where everything fits everything;
perfect workings of a perfect universe…into devotion to self and selves; into
love; into thankfulness of all that is, into fulfillment and its perfect
metabolic rate…
Come beloveds; symbolically become aware of… way above you …two circles
… one swirling clockwise and the other anti clockwise; one gold one silver or
black and white; and its still centre. Feel this …see it if you like…and
feel it descending lower…and closer; feel the pressure or tingling on your
crown as it does… feel it; and become aware …the glow…spills unto you; see a
laser beam from here descend into your crown chakra…see it come down…feel its
glow atop of your head…feel the moment of impact as it enters your crown; and
know the two circles slide down that laser…and are poised just above your crown
chakra; almost touching your head but not quite ….like a cd rotating atop…like
a swirling crown; feel the laser pouring into you…and allow this perfect
metabolic rate… the perfection of all that is…its perfect working… to enter your
crown chakra…
Know you are being aligned with the perfection of the universe … with
the ‘big bang’….with pure sound and light, with the ‘glance’…with the ahoomm…
with the nano second of the Now…with Shakti (bounteous universe) coming into
being; with Shiva awareness of... with love and thankfulness and beauty and
abundance and fulfillment of being… with the perfect yin-yang balance; seeming
chaos yet inexplicable order; action
stillness; momentum and rest; complete empowerment, complete surrender; love wisdom…oneness and its many aspects…in
perfect calibration… a metabolism in perfect working order…synchronicity…; use a

half having a white dot and the white half having a black dot) swirling in your
energy field…indeed many many tao’s raining around you, entering your energy
field, your bodies…and allow that do its work…
Move deeper
into the universes deeper synthesis…into its trinity ….into perfect alignment
of the conscious, unconscious and subconscious;
alignment of sleep, waking and dream states… alignment of Satvik, rajsic and
tamsic aspects…. all states required… non better than the other…each playing
their perfect role…; use a symbol here…use
the tripod…Shiva’s tripod swirling in your energy field…indeed many
many tripods raining around you, entering your energy field… your bodies…and
allow that do its work…
Move deeper into the universes synthesis… its fourth amalgamation… into
the supraconcioussness beyond the three aspects of conscious, unconscious
and subconscious; into turiya beyond
sleep, waking and dream states; into non beingness beyond Satvik, rajsic
and tamsic aspects; the four directions, the elements… use a symbol here…use the cube
of cosmic order swirling in your energy field…indeed many many cubes raining
around you, entering your energy field… your bodies… and allow that do its
work…
Move deeper into the universal synthesis of five…that aspect of the universe that defies stagnation… that seeks
more… that knows in change is infinity…into its all momentum… that’s why
humanity is symbolized by the five pointed star as it allows All that is- god-
perfection- to paradoxically be more! use a symbol here…use the pentacle -5
pointed star…swirling in your energy field…indeed many many pentacles
raining around you, entering your energy field… your bodies… and allow that do
its work…
Move deeper into the universal synthesis of six; the manifold experience of love and beauty
in its many shades and hues and forms…move into this rest…and use a
symbol here…use the six pointed star…as above so below…heaven on earth
spirit in mater…swirling in your energy field…indeed many many perfect stars
raining around you, entering your energy field… your bodies… and allow that do
its work…
Move deeper into the universal synthesis of seven and its complexity … taking
perfection deeper… higher… where perfection isn’t something over and done with
but a dynamic state of being; seven is about the perfection of you the
universe… use a symbol here…use the
rainbow or the seven chakric system… swirling in your energy
field…indeed many many rainbows raining around you, entering your energy field…
your bodies… and allow that do its work…
Move deeper into the universal synthesis of eight… the power of the
universe being aligned into one will call it divine will or free will! Here you
move from the the perfection of you the universe to I the universe… use a
symbol here…allow the infinity
symbol…also known as the serpents path… to swirl in your energy field…indeed many many infinty
symbols… raining around you, entering your energy field… your bodies… and allow
that do its work…
Move deeper into the universal synthesis of nine…the cycle over,
creator indeed and yet ready to dissolve…from all that is to no thing ness and
its glory; here you move from the birthing, the ahhoom, from the a am to the
non beingness of source… use a symbol here…allow the shri yantra-
nine triangles in a mystic pattern- to swirl in your energy field…indeed many many infinty
shri yantra’s… raining around you, entering your energy field… your bodies… and
allow that do its work…
Move back to the paradox of
‘oneness’…a oneness which doesn’t know of ‘oneness’ because where you know
‘oneness’, the existence of ‘not-oneness’ is implicit… so move into not-oneness-
not truth- not union- not bliss…into
neti neti …. use a symbol here…allow the zero to swirl in your energy field…indeed many many infinty
zero’s… raining around you, entering your energy field… your bodies… and allow
that do its work; ‘numbers’ are deeply symbolic of the perfected aspects of the universe and its intricate workings… allow
them to permeate you… into being aligned with the mysteriously perfect
metabolism of the universe…

Now back to the 2 circles and their still centre… the big bang… all
momentum and all stillness; to pure beingness and pure awareness off… to light
and sound (the ummm sound of nature)…into this lightness of being…into devotion,
love, thankfulness, fulfillment … and into
its perfect metabolic rate… see the laser…see the circles and the still
centre…Om Shanti descend along it atop your crown chakra…see the laser enter
you and…
Allow into your mental body…its Shiva awareness…stillness; light… yang
aspects… the conscious mind …and in day to day terms- action arising from stillness,
from the larger picture, its empowerment, will … passion …focus… …clarity…
decisions…
Allow into your emotional body… its Shakti beingness …Yin… its
love, unconscious knowing… play… flow… trust… surrender; its joy …fulfillment… bliss…
Allow into your etheric body… the all- important body… which connects
the inert physical to its universal life force; calibrate the etheric with its
universal counterpart… and its metabolic rate; ideal digestion,
assimilation elimination of everything that makes up you the universe … spiritually-mentally-emotionally;
focus now on the physical aspect - enhanced digestion, assimilation,
elimination in physical ways- ideal yin-yang balance- ideal acidic alkaline
ratios’s… the ideal minerals, vitamins, proteins… in pure essence form… the
ideal body weight (not fashionable) but one of good health; glowing skin and
hair and teeth…if you have a disease align that part with this perfection
attaching no result to it… view enhanced energy levels, good sleep …tap into this
perfect metabolic rate
Allow into your physical this perfect metabolic rate…and see yourself in
your day to day life and events operating from this metabolic rate…see it
clearly and not only in ethereal but practical ways…see whatever you wish to
‘happen’ through this synchronistic working … know that your body is the tool
for all that is to be me ever more; perfection to be an infinitely a dynamic
state ….
Allow into every molecule cell in your body… and its four bodies…
