Dearest all,
And to so many of you who emailed to ask why my mails had 'stopped'.... I was having some having glitches and was thus out of your inbox ! Now let’s come back to Mahabharata and its many symbolic messages! And yet, be in awareness that while the last two mails were on ‘numbers’, they too are merely symbols which help us explore the deeper truths through them! Numerology explains our universe through the language of numbers- and thus is it only a language taking us to the same place – the Larger (and deeper) Picture of self, the other, life, and god- existence indeed! Its true purpose is that, and in describing the larger picture through relatively easy to understand or use symbols, it has become a popular system of divination! Kabala which is often confused with numerology is indeed far more –it is indeed “The Larger Picture” from the point of view of another ancient culture –The Hebrews! And numerology is only one of its wondrous components or languages! These symbolic languages (and there are many) are really compilations of the basic truths of the Universe. Their specialty being that they are not set within any organized religion and thus free for each one to interpret as per their beliefs and truths! Tarot too is an in-depth exploration of the human journey from Creator ...into existence....and back! And once again, as its symbols are relatively easy to understand and use, has it become tool of divination- To Know Thyself ...better...and in that know where you are heading! Do remember, authentic divination is understanding the present moment wholly; for it is what shapes your 'future'! And so we come to Ramayan, Mahabharata, Krishna and other legends and myths too - for they serve the same purpose, of revealing the hidden truths and tapping into ‘The Larger Picture’…. through the symbolic language of stories…! This also which leaves them open to the consciousness that interprets them... so that at each step of the journey, based on our understanding and requirements of the next step… the ‘stories’ have something to impart to us; to tell us, helps us, enable us!
Today let’s take a brief glimpse at the bow and arrow of the Ramayan and Mahabharat days! If you observe illustrations or t.v /movie/ episodes – they all put their arrows along their length of the body, (their central chakric system) with its tip along side their 3rd eye chakra.... before ‘shooting them’! To me, this is deeply symbolic: - The bow encompassing (and thus symbolic of ) their personal energy field; the 'container' they are, the chalice of their current consciousness. Thus the bow was a tool used, to move into their finest balance.... to align the body... to come into sync with their most honed current beingness. - The arrow, held upright along their central chakric system is symbolic of their level of kundalini awakening- which were at work as these 'arrows'. Based on their kundalini awakening- on the expansion of their energy fields, on their oneness with universal consciousnesses, could they emit forth these 'arrow's.... the powers and potencies of their energy fields awakening! -And placing its tip along the 3rd eye/ 6th chakra (yr vision...clarity... fore sight.... of the larger picture) - was symbolic of their intent! Do remember that it your intent which is the force which sets things into motion. Thus their ‘powers’ were directed by their intent- which could be the intent of ’Ravan’ or intent of ‘Ram’! Or an intent arising from ego (personal consciousness) or intent operating from Universal consciousness (oneness and surrender to the larger picture!) Based on their largest vision... their 'Larger Picture'! -Thus the many boons they had, and the mystical weapons called Brahma astra etc... symbolize their connection with (and thus drawing forth from) their higher aspects of Self! Through their years of gyan and meditation... through their yoga (uniting with higher aspects ) they connected to higher and wider aspects of Self and the universe; and this according to me , are the 'boons' they were supposedly 'conferred' by the various 'gods'! If the Brahma astra for example was the highest of boons from Creator himself, it implied their connection to this largest aspect of self; and the ability to draw forth from that aspect within them at will! Other boons were like wise that aspect of Self, that energy field, that aspect of consciousness accessed within! Yes this is a brief gist, for even as i write more comes.... symbols unravel endlessly... so use it as a trigger towards your own understanding thereof! More importantly, become aware of your own bows and arrows; your personal energy field; your connection with higher aspects of Self; your intents.... for your every thought is like a arrow shot forth from your bow! Whether it reaches its mark... or flags off half way... or is met with another stronger arrow 'defeating' it... will be based on your inner expansion... your consciousness! Love from my heart to yours Divyaa Kummar Intention is actually inner action- It is not ‘desire’- neither is it your 'hope' or 'plan' or 'aim' as used in day to day speak! True intent, is the sum total of conflicting thoughts and beliefs on that which you desire, choose, aim! It is like pressing 'click download' on your computer, rather than only surfing
