COME BELOVEDS...VIEW SELF SITTING ACROSS AN EXQUISITE GLOWING SHIVA/OR A GLOWING LETTER I. And view behind this Shiva or letter I… a series of them … each becoming just a little taller and wider and glowing more potently than the one before it… so it feels like a upward stairway of Shiva’s or I’s!   Like a finely graded series of statuettes going infinitely higher wider and taller till the last that you can see fills up the cosmos- formless indeed-only the glow- perhaps! And know these are all ‘you’! And as your I Am presence expands… you abide in the higher and larger Selves… you abide as awareness Itself! But you simultaneously exist as all!! You are simultaneously the largest focus of All That Is…and the ‘smaller’, more finely honed, current focus too!

AS YOU DO THIS, THE ‘YOU’ WHO WAS SITTING ACROSS & OBSERVING THESE ASPECTS OF SELF… DISAPPEARS! There was no effort to move from the ‘personality’ ‘ego’ self …! As you became aware of and focused on and aligned with your (range of) I am presences…you automatically moved into it!

NOT LOOKING AT THEM ANYMORE, BUT NOW LOOKING THROUGH THEIR EYES - AS THEM!  And ultimately as the largest- awareness Itself- established in your I Am presence! And yet, as current self, who is not anymore the personality but an ‘I am’ presence! Now…move your focus up and down the range…as each…looking through each... because firmly established as Awareness or  ‘I Am’ or Shiva …you simultaneously exist in/as all Its focuses! (And thus find it easy to move into whichever one is required in the Now!)

NOW… MOVE INTO THE FIRST OR ‘SMALLEST’ SHIVA OR LETTER I… (yr most finely honed Shiva focus/ I am presence)  and become aware that as this ‘smallest’ I am presence you are aware of or can view only your current life! But as you move into a higher/larger Shiva / letter I/ I Am presence you can view or are aware of…. increasingly more … the planet… the world… the solar system… galaxies… universe… cosmos… masters…gods…All thingness…! Allow this eureka/experience to wordlessly go through your energy field! Become aware as you expand your awareness/Shiva/I am… you see the larger and larger picture!

NOW… MOVE INTO THE FLIP SIDE- INTO WHAT YOU AS THE ‘SMALLEST’ SHIVA/ I AM- ARE AWARE OF! Move into what awareness is aware of! Into Shakti!  (If Shiva or the letter I symbolizes awareness- then for today- Shakti symbolizes what that awareness is aware of!) Thus be the smallest Shiva …and then become what that smallest Shiva is aware of –your current life! Be this experience- its many nuances, the ups and downs and good and bad’s etc- don’t intellectualize!

Now from this point- (where you are experiencing Self as the smallest beingness/Shakti…your current life) MOVE YOUR FOCUS FROM THE SMALLEST SHIVA/LETTER I… HIGHER AND HIGHER BUT STILL VIEWING YOUR CURRENT LIFE! AND OBSERVE HOW DETACHMENT HAPPENS! Observe how empowerment happens! Observe how surrender happens! Observe stillness and love and compassion …indeed how the experience/beingness/ Shakti/ current life… subtly changes! Nothing physically changes… and yet it all changes!

Allow all this to go through your energy field… Be light… move up and down the Shiva’s… and into different aspects of being… from current life to the universe and all thingness! Enjoy…!

NOW… IF YOU WANT TO GO FURTHER (YOU CAN STOP AT THIS POINT): THINK OF A CURRENT ISSUE IN YR LIFE. Move from all those Shiva’s and I am presences into viewing the issue as current ego self amidst in it!  View current ego self trying hard & making efforts towards its resolution! And observe the almost self defeating grapple and confusion. Now move your focus into the higher and higher Shiva’s/Letter I/ I am presences…. and watch how the guidance flows; how as your larger I am presence flows into it…addresses it…the issue seemingly resolves more and more spontaneously…effortlessly…! Sit with this awhile and allow this to go through your energy field beyond words- that as you abide in or establish as your larger and wider I Am presence…Its flow Its consciousness flows into all things you call current life too… and thus current life enters the flow beyond ‘you’!

START AFRESH: ALLOW THE IMAGERY OF THE GAMUT OF SHIVA’S/LETTER I’S… TO COME BACK IN FRONT OF YOU. Focus, align and move into them so there is no current ‘you’. And as you become these Shiva’s or letter I’s… observe how they/you… multiply from a single line into 360 degrees of lines… so you are now  circle of Shiva’s or letter I’s. Your I am presence is at every point of all that is!

NOW… THE SYMBOLIC SHIVA’S OR LETTER I’S BEGIN TO DISSOLVE…INTO BEING DIFFERENT PEOPLE OR SPECIES OR LIFE FORMS …into the world or a tree or a stone or a mountain or a planet etc etc….you are literally all that is. And it arises in you I am the sun I am the tree I am the stone I am x I am y I am the grain of sand I am that…I am that… I am that.

Sit in this for a while: being All That Is - Awareness - and its experience;  or Awareness and that you are aware of (Shiva and shakti)!

AND ALLOW ANOTHER SUBTLE SHIFT THAT HAPPENS SPONTANEOUSLY: Somewhere you move from I am that I am that I am the sun I am the tree I am the stone I am x I am y into : That I am; That I am; The sun I am; the tree I am…. This is very subtle and cannot be put into words…but you move from I am- into Thatness- into That you are- into Thatness/Isness- and slowly as you sit in Thatness… it becomes This…! Not some abstract concept to understand but A descirptionless expereinceless experience of….; The forms dissolve, the Shiva’s and letter I dissolves, the sun and moon and stone dissolve…and all is a sort of midnight blue …

There is no you… no thingness…( but even as I speak you are back….so I keep silent…)

If you find yourself losing this… falling out of it so to say… then chant! Chant your regular chant if you have any- or chant Om Babaji Namah… Om Babaji Namah…be the chanter chant and chanted…and allow it to take unto Itself…

PART 3

NOW : VIEW YOUR MASTERS EYES/BABAJI’S EYES. See consciousness …Love … ‘That’ what you can’t label- flow out of ‘Him’…towards the ‘you’ that is yet left. Become aware of your love flowing back… your yearning to blend merge dissolve unto Babaji. See yourself going through  his eyes…going unto him… blending merging ….there is no you only him…(go beyond my words for they now come in the way) …there is only Babaji…Babaji  I am. In this… as Babaji …Babaji expands dissolves into all thingness and no thingness….and so do ‘you’.

 THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ‘TASKS’ A GURU PERFORMS FOR YOU- all others are but steps towards this moving into your I Am ness; and final dissolution even beyond I am That.  When we move into I Am ness, it is the go self that is dissolving – but this part is relatively easy as we expanding into All That Is. But when even as I Am… as All That Is…we dissolve into nothingness there is a flutter… a resistance to no thingness. And only the desire to merge and become one with your Master, removes that resistance –like you yearn to lose self in a lover.  And in this do we surrender even our I am ness into being Him…Babaji…. And as Him Babaji …ofcourse its not our effort any more, ‘he’ dissolves and so do we….

 THUS OM IS BECOMING ALL THAT IS; AND SWAHA IS DISSOLVING BACK INTO NO THINGNESS. Thus Om is become aware of, and Swaha is that which Om becomes aware of- the pure non experience beingness… call it Source if you like; Void if you like; That if you like; nothingness if you like; pure momentum that the stillness of awareness seemingly brings to life… immaculate conception …but this is another topic…another meditative experience…
